ARAGON -- Manuel L. Aragon October 25, 1914 - March 22, 1997 Dear Dad: It has been 10 years since I've held your hand and felt your love and strength flow through me as it did my entire life with you. I miss you each day that goes by and feel a tremendous void without you but, at the same time, I remember that you are in a better place with God, Mom, Mark Anthony, and all of your beloved family and friends that have passed. Sometimes I feel selfish when I long to hold your hand and talk to you and then I stop myself and smile when I think of you. Eddie, Tiffany, and Erik miss you as much as I do. Your unconditional love for them has been a life time of inspiration. There is not a day that goes by that we all do not remember you with fond and loving memories. If I wrote everything that I feel in my heart for you, it would certainly take up the whole obituary column, therefore, I will stop here. We love and miss you Dad/Bosh/Boshie. Until we are together again, your loving daughter Kiki.

Brad traveled the world through his career with the United States Army and was a veteran of Desert Storm with the 1st Calvary Division. He was described as "One of the most highly motivated NCOs I've had the pleasure to serve with. His professionalism both technically and tactically were well above his pay grade. He could be counted on to make things happen and demonstrated that no job was to difficult to handle." His friends and family will miss the laughter he often brought to our hearts. His practical jokes and sometimes "warped" sense of humor will be remembered by many. He was a rock that many leaned upon as he always had a lending hand to give and a ready ear to listen. When he passed he had a genuine love of Christ that was a witness for all. His family thanks all that have helped during this grievous loss, his time was short but we're blessed with the time the Lord let us borrow him. Graveside service is set for 2:00 p.m. Thursday March 22, 2007 at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Aspen Funeral Alternatives. In lieu of flowers, and because he was born to be a soldier, memorial contributions may be made to any Veterans organization in the name of Bradford J. Franklin.
