Castillo -- Randy F. Castillo went on to be with the Lord March 26, 2002 in Las Angeles, California. He is survived by his mother, Margaret Castillo; his step-father, Florencio Gonzales; four sisters, Frances Horton and her husband, Steve, Marilyn Sanchez and her husband, Chris, Phyllis Castillo and her fiance, Michael Martinez, Christine Castillo all of Albuquerque; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was a member of the Catholic Church, he graduated from West Mesa High School and he attended the University of Albuquerque. Randy was an accomplished drummer who played with Ozzy Osbourne, Motley Crue, Lita Ford and many other bands as he climbed the ladder of success. Services were held Saturday, March 30, 2002 at Forest Lawn Mortuary in Hollywood Hills, California. He was brought back to Albuquerque where a private services were held Thursday, April 4, 2002 at the Fitzgerald & son Funeral Directors, 3113 Carlisle N.E. Pallbearers in Albuquerque were Paul Blazek, George Vento, Dave Martin, Brandon Wagner, Mike Inez, Phil Sousson, J.R. Sainz, Jeremy Carr and Whitey. Entombment followed in the Mt. Calvary Mausoleum. The family would like to thank his many friends and world wide fans for their support during this time. A memorial fund has been set up at the Wells Fargo Bank. Dickens -- Wanda Wayne Dickens, age 64, a lifelong resident of New Mexico, passed away April 7, 2002. she was a beloved mother, sister, daughter and friend. She is survived by her son, Jeffrey Dickens of Arlington, TX; sister, Patricia Kirkes and husband, Glen of Hobbs, NM; and many other relatives and countless friends. Her mother, Ara P. Russell; her father, Robert M. Russell; and her former husband, Jerome S. Dickens preceded her in death. Mrs. Dickens was born and raised in Hobbs and graduated from Hobbs High School in 1956. She was editor of the school newspaper for three years. She then attended Western New Mexico University, majoring in journalism. Wanda moved to Albuquerque and worked for Mountain Bell/US West as a manager for 35 years until her retirement. Mrs. Dickens received the prestigious President's Club Award on several occasions and was especially proud of the work she did with the Community Relations Team. She treasured the lifelong friendships she made during her years with the company. Wanda joined the Luminaria Chapter of the American Business Women's Association in 1967 where she served as President in 1980-1981 and received Woman of the Year honors in 1985. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America and the Telephone Retirees Association of New Mexico. She joined the Monte Vista Christian Church in 1962 and stayed an active member. Mrs. Dickens held the Worship Ministry Chair and was a newly appointed elder in the church. Visitation for family and friends will be Saturday, April 13, 2002 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Hillcrest Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Monte Vista Christian Church, 3501 Campus Blvd. NE with the Rev. Fred W. Dorisse and the Rev. Michelle Tatlock officiating. Dixon -- Mary Jane K. Dixon, 68, of Albuquerque since the early 1970's and of Los Angeles, CA for the past decade, died April 2, 2002 of cancer. She is survived by her three children, Rachel Hess and husband, Jim of Albuquerque, Joel Dixon and wife, Ella of Los Angeles, CA and Amy Dixon of Albuquerque. She is also survived by two brothers, John Krumboltz of Stanford, CA, David Krumboltz of Danville, CA; and one sister, Margaret Ann Phillips of Oakland, CA; five grandchildren, Chelsea, Sara, Eric, Margaret and Kathleen; and five nieces; and one nephew. Mary Dixon held degrees in education and law, but chose to be know as a social activist during her life. She was a founding member of the Albuquerque Battered Women's Shelter in the 1970's, which she considered her greatest achievement; she also started S.E.T. (Society for the Eradication of Television) in the early 1980's. Among her activities she served as president of the Santa Fe Unitarian Church in the 1960's and volunteered in many ways, the Albuquerque Rape Crisis Center, the Catholic Worker Soup Kitchen in Los Angeles, and Amnesty International in Los Angeles. Her Funeral Service will be held Saturday, April 13, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. at the St. John's Episcopal Cathedral, 318 Silver, SW. Earnhart -- C. Irene Earnhart, 99, a 79-year resident of Albuquerque, died Tuesday, April 9, 2002. She is survived by her daughters, Billirene Lloyd and husband, George Emerson Lloyd and Mary Jo Rumbaugh, all of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Jerry P. With and wife, Patti, Greg E. With and wife, Stephanie, Cheryl L. Heinen and husband, J. C., Doug With, Ted E. With and wife, Margaret, Sharla B. Jones and husband, Paul M. III, Stephanie D. Mansdoerfer and husband, Ron W., all of Albuquerque, Robert C. Rumbaugh of Scottsdale, AZ; Nancy R. Whitesell and husband, Randy of Evergreen, CO and Randy Rumbaugh of Fort Collins, CO; 14 great grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren, and nephew, C.T. Goad and wife, Virginia of Lakewood, CO. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Wilmore Earnhart in 1958; two daughters; one grandson; one great-granddaughter; and one son-in-law. Mrs. Earnhart was a member of Fruit Ave. Baptist Church and Hoffmantown Church since 1970 and the Extension Club. She loved gardening, homemaking, sewing, crocheting, and embroidering. Finnegan -- Pat Finnegan, 93, was called to his heavenly home to join his wife on April 4, 2002. His wife, Evelyn, preceded him in death on May 25, 2000. Pat was born in Gillet, Wisconsin in 1909. He left home at an early age to pursue a career in performing. He was a musician, bandleader and dancer. He met the love of his life, Evelyn, while performing in South Bend, Indiana. They soon formed a dancing duo, Arturo and Evelyn, and during the thirties toured the country playing upscale night clubs and theaters everywhere. They starred with the likes of Danny Thomas, Dean Martin, Sophie Tucker, Jimmy Durante and others. Retiring in 1941, Pat became an officer in the Army Air Corps Reserve training fighter pilots for World War II. In 1945, the duo opened a dance studio in Racine, Wisconsin and later in Los Angeles, CA where they taught the Osmond Brothers, Donny and Marie among others. They retired to Albuquerque in 1976 and taught locally at Lana's School of Dance. Mr. Finnegan is survived by his son, Dr. Michael Finnegan and wife Laurie of Albuquerque; his daughter, Susan Finnegan of California; grandchildren, Kelly Riley and husband Matt, Michael Finnegan, Patrick Finnegan and wife Vicki, Colin Finnegan all of Albuquerque and Jessica Simpson of Palmdale, California; great-grandchildren Lauren and Courtney Riley of Albuquerque and Ryan, Rebecca and Madison Simpson of California. Goodbye for now Grandpa. We will miss you terribly. The family is served by the Sunrise Society. Mass will be said at Sangre De Cristo Catholic Community, Saturday, April 13 at 10:00 AM followed by services at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Gurule -- Lola A. Gurule, 93, born in Scholle, NM, the fourth child of Donaciano and Andrea (Garcia) Aragon, passed away on Friday, April 5, 2002. Since 1997 Lola resided in Phoenix, AZ where she passed away after a long illness. Known as"Nana" by her grandchildren. Lola's family was her pride and she will be missed greatly by her children, grandchildren, extended family and friends. Lola was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Amado B. Gurule, who died in 1984; and by her grandson, Steve in 1983. Also preceding her in death were her brothers and sisters, Nora, Sam, Andres, Carl, Patsy, Sophia and Fannie. She is survived by her daughters, Vina and her husband, Bill; and Andrea; grandchildren, Kendra, and her husband, Devon; Bryan and his wife, Beverly, and Mark and his wife, Jennifer; and great-grandchildren, Steven, Adam, Christopher, Andrew, Timothy, Tiffany; Kimberly and Jacob. Lewis -- Elenore A. Lewis, 60, died unexpectedly of natural causes, Tuesday, April 9, 2002. She is survived by her brother, Dr. Richard T. Lewis of Hobbs, NM; sister, Karen M. Spruill and husband, Dr. Jan of Ft. Collins, CO; nieces, Sara and Jennifer Lewis, Angie Spruill, and Dr. Natalie Spruill Burman; and nephew, Blaine Spruill. Elenore graduated from Eastern New Mexico University in Portales, NM. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church. Elenore retired after a 30-year career with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas in 1996. She worked for the Albuquerque Public Library before and after Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Elenore deeply valued many precious friendships and she will be missed by all. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held Saturday, 3:00 p.m., at the Chester T. Miller -- Mr. H.B. Miller, age 84, of Garland, TX passed away April 9, 2002 in Garland, TX. He was born November 24, 1917 in Allen, TX to Alph and Jack (Weaver) Miller. He married Rachel Greene Byrum in 1985 in Garland. He graduated from Allen High School and then attended Kilgore College. Mr. Miller served in the U.S. Navy during WWII before working with Mobil Oil for 40 years. He was a 32nd degree Mason and a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Garland. He is survived by his wife, Rachel Byrum Miller of Garland, TX; loving children, son, Jack Miller and wife, Rachel of Albuquerque; daughters, Judy Murff of Albuquerque and Suzy Chiodo and her husband, Joe of Irvine, CA; grandchildren, Jacqulyn, Nona, Debbie all of Albuquerque and Jenna, David, Mike and Stephanie of Irvine, CA who loved their"Poppy"; great-grandchild, Austin Dalinger; sister, Louise Cain of McKinney, TX. He is also survived by his extended family who loved him dearly, Jo and Jimmy Bitros, Alexis Bitros, Tony and Susan Bitros and their children, Blake and Tracy. Phillips -- Harold E. Phillips, an Albuquerque resident for 61 years, died Monday, April 8, 2002. Born in Clifton, Colorado on April 15, 1917, he was raised in Palisades, Colorado and graduated from Grand Junction high school in 1936. After attending Colorado A & M, he began a career in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He married Barbara Kimmel of Grand Junction in 1938 and was assigned to the Albuquerque District of the Corps of Engineers in 1941 remaining there until retirement in 1970. Harold loved spending time outdoors working in his yard and fishing in the Colorado Mountains. He is survived by his wife, Barbara of 62 years; children, Richard and wife, Sanette, of Amarillo, TX; Linda McConahy and husband Larry, of Albuquerque, Jim and wife, Pat of Farmington, NM; grandchildren, Brian and Eve McConahy of Longmont, CO, Jason and Sara McConahy of Ft. Collins, CO, Charles and Kim Phillips of Krum, TX, Jocelyn Phillips of Amarillo, TX, Leslie Armell of New York City and Julia Phillips of Farmington, NM; great-grandchildren, Scott, Laura, Anna, Nathan and Micaela McConahy and Kelsey Phillips; brother, Emory of Seattle, WA; and numerous loved cousins, nieces and nephews. Ryan -- Donald H. "Don" Ryan, 79, a longtime resident of Albuquerque, died Tuesday, April 9, 2002. He is survived by his wife, Duanne Ryan of Albuquerque; children, Michael Ryan and wife, Donna of Durango, CO, Connie Ryan of Albuquerque, Dan Ryan and wife, Peggy of Tucson, AZ, Colleen Domme and husband, Dan, Kelly Ryan and wife, Rita, Marty Ryan, Duffy Ryan, all of Albuquerque, Mindy Hancock and husband, Wes, Lori Salopek and husband, Frank, all of Las Cruces and Kerry Van Amburg and husband, Steve of Albuquerque; 33 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sisters, Kay McClain and husband, Jim of California and Carole Hein and husband, Joe of Iowa; and brothers, Jim Ryan and wife, Lois of Iowa and Tom Ryan of California. Mr. Ryan was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in the European Theatre during WWII. He worked for over 20 years at Sears. Mr. Ryan also worked, for over 30 years, with the Archdiocese of Santa Fe as the General Manager of Gate of Heaven Cemetery. He was known for a great sense of humor, his love of life and especially, his love for his family. Don will be greatly missed. Sanchez -- Clovis Sanchez, 92, a lifelong resident of Corrales, died on April 10, 2002. He is survived by his wife, Emma Sanchez; two daughters, Irene Barnard and husband, Jack and Beatrice Gonzales and husband, Fred; one son, Tony L. Sanchez; eight grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren; one brother, Jack Sanchez and wife, Rose; and two sisters, Sara Trujillo and husband, Elias and Viola Sanchez. Clovis was a lifetime member of San Ysidro Catholic Church and was retired from The Gas Company of New Mexico. Stevens -- Margaret Stevens, born January 7, 1912 in Jerseyville, Illinois, passed away April 6, 2002 after a long illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marcus and Charlotte Post; a brother, Adrian Post all of Jerseyville, Illinois; and her husband of 40 years, Charles Rupert Stevens. Margaret was a lifetime member of th DAR and the Eastern Star. She was retired from the Internal Revenue Service. She was a member of the Bethel Sunday School Class and the Jolly Elders of St. Paul's Methodist Church. She is survived by her daughter, Constance John of Albuquerque, New Mexico; her son, Marcus Stevens and wife, Jane of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; five grandchildren, Robert and Charlotte John of Albuquerque. Wadriski -- Helena G. Wadriski, 67, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend was called home to dance with the Lord our Savior on Thursday, April 11, 2002. Her husband, John E. Wadriski preceded her into eternal life. Helena is survived by her five children, Helena Sanchez, Pam Beck and husband, Fred, John A. Wadriski and wife, Alice, Laura Shannon and husband, Ed, James Wadriski and wife, Barbara; two brothers, George Hossann and Dennis Hossann; and two sisters, Marie Davis and Cecelia Blatt; 12 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren. Helena was a retired registered nurse for over 32 years and touched many lives with her caring and kind heart. She was a gifted artist who could express beauty and life through her exquisite works. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends and everyone's life she blessed. Cremation has taken place, as per her wishes; there will be a private family memorial in the mountains. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Liver Association and/or the Humane Society. Arrangements by Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th St. 343-8008.

Webb -- Elwood G. Webb, 83, a resident of Albuquerque, died Sunday, April 7, 2002. Mass will be celebrated Friday, April 12, 2002, at 10:30 a.m., at Sangre de Cristo Catholic Church, 8901 Candelaria NE. Interment will follow at 1:30 p.m., at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
