Gilbert Montoya, 26, died on Wednesday, April 10, 2002 in Albuquerque. He is preceded in death by his father, Lalo Montoya. He is survived by his mother, Lora Ortega; and sister, Maggie; Liz Garcia and their daughter, Loriann Montoya. Services will be held Friday, April 12, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. at Victory Outreach Church, 903 Bridge and Five Points SW, Albuquerque, NM, with interment to follow at San Jose Armijo Cemetery. Pallbearers are Vince Paniagua, Ricardo Vasques, Ken Webb, Daniel Herrera, Carmela Gallegos and Alfred Ochoa. Memorial contributions are to be made to the family.
