Miller -- Mr. H.B. Miller, age 84, of Garland, TX passed away April 9, 2002 in Garland, TX. He was born November 24, 1917 in Allen, TX to Alph and Jack (Weaver) Miller. He married Rachel Greene Byrum in 1985 in Garland. He graduated from Allen High School and then attended Kilgore College. Mr. Miller served in the U.S. Navy during WWII before working with Mobil Oil for 40 years. He was a 32nd degree Mason and a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Garland. He is survived by his wife, Rachel Byrum Miller of Garland, TX; loving children, son, Jack Miller and wife, Rachel of Albuquerque; daughters, Judy Murff of Albuquerque and Suzy Chiodo and her husband, Joe of Irvine, CA; grandchildren, Jacqulyn, Nona, Debbie all of Albuquerque and Jenna, David, Mike and Stephanie of Irvine, CA who loved their"Poppy"; great-grandchild, Austin Dalinger; sister, Louise Cain of McKinney, TX. He is also survived by his extended family who loved him dearly, Jo and Jimmy Bitros, Alexis Bitros, Tony and Susan Bitros and their children, Blake and Tracy. He has left us with hundreds of loving memories and lots of loving friends. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 15, 2002 at the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Dr. Paul Dorsey officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in McKinney, TX.
