Obituary for Sanchez

Clovis Sanchez, 92, a lifelong resident of Corrales, died on April 10, 2002. He is survived by his wife, Emma Sanchez; two daughters, Irene Barnard and husband, Jack and Beatrice Gonzales and husband, Fred; one son, Tony L. Sanchez; eight grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren; one brother, Jack Sanchez and wife, Rose; and two sisters, Sara Trujillo and husband, Elias and Viola Sanchez. Clovis was a lifetime member of San Ysidro Catholic Church and was retired from The Gas Company of New Mexico. Rosary will be recited on Friday at 7:00 p.m. at French Mortuary Westside Chapel, 9300 Golf Course Rd. NW (3 blocks North of Paseo Del Norte) Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday at 9:00 a.m. at San Ysidro Catholic Church in Corrales, 5015 Corrales Rd. with Father Clarence Galli, celebrant. Burial will follow at San Ysidro Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Elias and Clovis Grine, Joseph Gallegos, Dave Sanchez, George Martinez and Jimmy Griego. Friends may visit French Mortuary on Friday from 6:00 p.m. until time of Rosary. French Mortuary Westside Chapel, 9300 Golf Course Rd. NW.
