Jaramillo -- Mrs. Dorothy Mae Jaramillo, 61, a resident of Los Lunas, New Mexico passed away on September 21, 2001. Mrs. Jaramillo is the beloved wife of 30 years to Mr. Alberto Jaramillo. She is also survived by seven daughters, Carmenlita Busby and husband, Wayne, Viola Benally and husband Lee, Victoria Denetclaw, Albertina Jaramillo, Judy Lovato and husband, Eli, Noel Gutierrez and boyfriend, James, Sandra Abeyta and husband, Randy; eight sons, Paul Denetclaw Jr. and wife, Martha, Chris Jaramillo, Frank Maldonado and wife, Ruth, Marcial Jaramillo and wife, Yvette, Manuel Jaramillo and wife, Sheri, Robert Jaramillo and wife, Frances, Ross Jaramillo and wife, Dorothy and Jeff Jaramillo; four sisters, Diane Smith, Phyllis Smith King and husband, Ernie, Florence Dick and husband, Andrew and Yvonne Denetclaw; five brothers, Dr. Phillip Smith M.D. and wife, Joann, Donald Smith and wife, Joann, Leonard Smith, George Smith, Albert Smith and wife, Helen; 38 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mrs. Jaramillo was a member of the Catholic Church. She was so proud of her two brothers Albert and George Smith they were Navajo Code Talkers for World War II. Visitation will be Sunday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1860 Griegos NW with a Rosary to be recited by Edgar Torres at 3:00 p.m . Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Gudalupe Catholic Church with final visitation at the church after 9:30 a.m. Father Joe Vigil, Celebrant. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be, Chris Jaramillo, Frank Maldonado, Marcial Jaramillo, Eli Lovato, Ross Jaramillo, Robert Jaramillo and Randy Abeyta. Anagnostelis -- James Francis Anagnostelis, 14, passed away Tuesday, September 18, 2001, after a sudden but brief battle with Leukemia. He is survived by his parents, Jeri and James Anagnostelis; brother, Peter Anagnostelis, all of Albuquerque; grandparents, June and Jerry Britt of Albuquerque and Gus and Barbara Anagnostelis of The Woodlands, TX; great-grandmother, Helen May of San Rafael, CA; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. James was a Freshman at La Cueva High School and for the last several years he ran track and cross-country for the Albuquerque Track Club. He enjoyed many outdoor activities, including camping and was an avid snowboarder. James was very tenderhearted and compassionate. His many friends and family will greatly miss him. Cremation has taken place and Memorial Services will be held Saturday, September 22, 2001, at 10:00 a.m., at Grace Church, 6901 San Antonio NE, with Pastor Dave Bruskas officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Children's Hospital of New Mexico, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, 2211 Lomas Blvd. NE, 87106. Bobbitt -- Wesley Reid Bobbitt, 52, a resident of Albuquerque since 1977, who was a passionate and honorable man, died Saturday, September 15, 2001. He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Weber-Bobbitt; sons, John Wesley Browning and Jerrod Weber Sanchez, all of Albuquerque; mother, Betty Kearse Bobbitt of Charlottesville, VA; brothers, Bo Bobbitt of Fayetteville, GA and Tim Bobbitt of Charlottesville, VA; nephew, Russell Bobbitt; niece, Melanie Bobbitt, both of Fayetteville, GA; sister-in-law, Bonnie Bobbitt of Fayetteville, GA; office ¯kids¯, Chris Below, Krista Perea and Von Anaya, all of Albuquerque; many friends and relatives; and ex-wife, Helen Browning of Albuquerque. He was preceded in death by his father, O.B. Bobbitt of Charlottesville, VA. Wesley was born in Charlottesville, VA. He received a Jurist Doctorate from the University of Virginia Law School, and was a prosecutor in Carlsbad, NM and Albuquerque. He practiced privately for the past 18 years. Wes was ever the student and teacher. Mr. Bobbitt was discretely generous as a lawyer and friend. He is the only lifetime member of the Albuquerque Chapter of the Irish American Society.¯"He's just taken an earlier coach,"....Ben Franklin. Goldberg -- Reverend Jean Ancona Goldberg passed away on Monday, September 10, 2001. Born September 21, 1911 in Rochester, NY, Rev. Goldberg was 89 years of age. She attended Wellesley College. In 1949, she moved to Albuquerque. She held jobs with the Eastman School of Music, Sandia Corporation, NM Department of Public Welfare, BCMC, and the Albuquerque Manor. Rev. Goldberg was active with the St. Mark's on-the-Mesa Episcopal Church for over 35 years. She was the first woman elected to the Standing Committee Diocese of the Rio Grande. In 1981, she became an ordained Episcopal Deacon and an ordained Episcopal Priest. She was on the Board of St. Martin's Hospitality House and the Hospice of the Rio Grande as an Advisor to the college chapter of SAI, Treasurer of the Youth Concerts of NM, and Board Member of the NM Symphony. Rev. Goldberg devoted her life to serving the community with love and compassion. She was beloved by many. Through her work, she exemplified unconditional love, understanding and humanity. She will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved her. Preceding her in death are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Flinn Ancona; husband, Henry Goldberg; and grandniece, Nadine Cummings. Rev. Goldberg leaves behind her sister, Helen and brother-in-law, Irving Bergeson of Sun City, AZ; her niece, Maida and husband, Dr. John Cummings of Newberg, OR; cousins, Sally and Bob Blair of Taos, NM; and numerous relaitives and friends. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the Albuquerque Manor on Saturday, September 22, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2001 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to St. Martin's Hospitality House or the Hospice of the Rio Grande.

Sagrestano -- James A. Sagrestano, 87, passed away on Sunday, September 16, 2001. He was a resident of Belen. James was a member of Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church, a lifetime member of the Knights of Columbus 3rd and 4th degree, and served in the U.S. Army in WWII in the 28th Infantry Division Signal Corps. He retired from Grumman Aerospace in Bethpage, NY where he helped build the Lunar Module, the F14 Navy Fighter plane, and various other aircraft. He was preceded in death by his wife Helen in 1991. James is survived by his daughters, Elizabeth of the family home; Margaret Marano and her husband, William of Shoreham, NY; one grandson, Billy Marano, of Shoreham, NY; and one sister, Lucy Colontino, of East Brunswick, NJ. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews. A Viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 19, 2001 at 5:30 p.m. followed by a Rosary at 6:00 p.m. at Romero Funeral Home. A Final Viewing will be held at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 20, 2001 at Romero Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, September 20, 2001 at 9:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Belen Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Gilbert Torres and the Knights of Columbus. In lieu of flowers, the family requests Mass cards or donations be made to Our Lady of Belen Cemetery Committee. He is also survived by one sister, Lilly Armijo; 30 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Apodaca. Mr. Apodaca was a member of the Catholic Church. A Rosary was recited Saturday evening in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, Jose and Kathy Montano, reciting.
