Carter -- ANNA FRANCES DAVALOS CARTER 1930-1998Mom, A year ago God called you home and broke my heart. No matter how much I loved you I could not cure you. I miss you everyday of my life, but I also thank God for ending your suffering. I treasure the memories of us together watching TV, eating dinner or enjoying a LOBO game. I miss our conversations. Mom, thanks for all you taught me. You always set a good example and tried to do what was right, and so will I. Nothing can ease the pain of losing you, but I find comfort in the Lord, and know that you walked through the valley of death and did not stop there. I know you're in heaven, I saw the sun shine brightly and the skies open up for you the morning you died! I miss you terribly, but I am strong, I get that from you. Until we meet again may God hold you and open the heavens to you. Keep Grandma company and enjoy your two story cloud. Do not hold back, fly all around like we talked about. I put this in the paper cause I know you always read the obits. We think funny, huh Mom? I Love You, Cyndi Goodwin

I have only slipped away into the next room. I am I, and you are you. Whatever we were to each other, that we still are. Call me by my old familiar name, speak to me in the easy way which you always used. Laugh as we always laughed at the little jokes we enjoyed together. Life means all that it ever meant. It is the same as it ever was, there is unbroken continuity. Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight? I am waiting for you, somewhere very near, just round the corner. All is well...

Lucero -- In Loving Memory of Christine Lucero 12-25-78 - 3-29-93No one knows what the loss of a child can do to one's life and dreams. We are forever changed for we have lost one of our very own, but through all this, Christine, we have to give GOD many thanks for sharing one of the most amazing and wonderful children with us. Christine, you were all a parent wishes for in their child. We have had six years to gather memories of you and everything you were about. Sweetheart, you definitely are one of God's finest. Your 14 years with us was a blessing; you touched so many hearts and are a picture in many minds. We know your WINGS must be of GOLD and your HALO shines for miles to guide many. As we think of you daily, with a tear in our eyes, a warm heart and a smile, we still have many, many reasons to live.As seasons change so does life. Romero -- In Loving Memory of Vangie A. Romero 11-17-463-29-98IT'S BEEN ONE YEAR SINCE I LEFT YOU. I SEE YOU ARE ALL VERY, VERY SAD SINCE I LEFT. DON'T GRIEVE FOR ME, FOR NOW I AM FREE. I'M FOLLOWING THE PATH GOD HAS LAID FOR ME. I TOOK HIS HAND WHEN I HEARD HIS CALL, I TURNED MY BACK AND LEFT IT ALL. I COULD NOT STAY ANOTHER DAY, TO LAUGH, TO LOVE, TO WORK OR PLAY. I FOUND PEACE ON THAT SUNDAY. IF MY PARTING HAS LEFT A VOID, THEN FILL IT WITH REMEMBERED JOYS. AS FRIENDSHIPS SHARED, A LAUGH, A KISS, OH YES, THESE THINGS I TOO DO MISS. BE NOT BURDENED WITH TIMES OF SORROW, I WISH YOU SUNSHINE OF TOMORROW. MY LIFE'S BEEN FULL; I'VE SAVORED MUCH. GOOD FAMILY, GOOD FRIENDS, GOOD TIMES, A LOVED ONES TOUCH. PERHAPS MY TIME WAS ALL TOO BRIEF. LIFT UP YOUR HEART AND PEACE TO THEE. GOD WANTED ME NOW SO HE SET ME FREE ON THAT SUNDAY ONE YEAR AGO. PLEASE KNOW THAT I AM FINE. TILL WE MEET AGAIN........YOUR LOVING HUSBAND,ROBERT

Romero -- VANGIE GILLIAM ROMERO November 17, 1946-March 29, 1998 One year has come and gone. We could not understand why, but with God by our side and our faith, we now know how happy you are in heaven. As we saw you slowly fading away we along with you felt alone and scared, we have never been through this. But as each one of us sees you in our dreams, we know you are right by God's side, because you are so encouraging when you tell us how happy you are. We wake up right away hoping it's not a dream, only to find ourselves trying so hard to continue the same dream, so we can see you again. We now realize everyone is borrowed from God, now every time we pray we thank God he shared you with us. This is the hardest thing our family has been through, but knowing God and you are behind us only makes us closer as we laugh and cry sharing all our memories. We know you'd want us to pick up the pieces and move on so with you in our daily thoughts and prayers we look ahead to the day... TILL WE MEET AGAIN... Love Always, Your Family
