Fidel Justo Adelicio Perez, 54, beloved son, father and brother, passed away on March 25, 1999. Preceding him in death were his father, Frank M. Perez; his maternal grandparents, Justo Gutierrez and Eloisa Gutierrez; and his paternal grandparents, Adelicio Perez and Eufelia Martinez. He is survived by his mother, Flora G. Perez; his son, Fidel Steven Perez; his daughter, Christine E. Dillow and her husband, Mike; girlfriend, Patti Austin and her children, Sean, Stacey, Jeff, Krystina and Mike. He is also survived by his sister, Lucille Garcia and husband, Danny; and by his brother Frank E. Perez and wife, Marian; and four grandchildren, Amanda Perez, Bryan Miera, Geoffrey Dillow and Arriana Chavez-Perez; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends who loved and miss him dearly. He was employed by Sandia National Labs for over 30 years and was an avid sportsman who loved hunting, fishing, softball and bowling. He was also very active in New Mexico politics. Mass of Christina Burial will be celebrated this morning at 10:00 a.m. at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Mt. Calvary cemetery. Pallbearers will be Fidel Steven Perez, Romeo Sanchez, Dave Staley, Ray Ortiz, Danny Garcia, Frank Perez III and Robert Griego. Honorary Pallbearers will be Amanda Perez, Bryan Miera, Geoffrey Dillow, Arriana Chavez-Perez, Sean Austin, Cristine E. Dillow, Mike Dillow, Mark Miera, Richard Garcia, David Garcia, Lenny Garcia, Chester Chavez, Leon Hewitt, Martin Baca, Michael Baca and Abel Garcia.
