Jimenez -- Arturo "Tudy" Jimenez, 71, a resident of Albuquerque, died Friday, June 22, 2001. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Annie Jimenez de Chavez of Albuquerque; sons, Marty Jimenez and wife, Kathy of Sterling, VA, Steve Jimenez and wife, Linda, of Albuquerque and Gabriel Jimenez of Albuquerque; daughters, Ronnie Mora and husband, David of Enfield, CT, Sandi Greene of Enfield, CT and Felicia Jimenez of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Monica, Marlo, Erika, Gabe and Nicklas; great grandchildren, Samantha, Tyler, Desi, Willy and Kyle; and 2 loving companions, Don King and Kitty Kitty. Art served in the Korean War and then went to work for Sandia Labs, retiring after 44 years. He was"Mr. Fix-It" for all that knew him. He was also an evening manager for the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge for 12 years. Services will be held at French Mortuary - Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, Tuesday, June 26, 2001, at 11:00 a.m., Deacon Bob Lewis, officiating. To -- Mrs. Deborah Ann Anaya-To, 43, a resident of Rio Rancho, NM passed away on June 21, 2001 at home with her loving family at her side. Deborah Ann is survived by her beloved husband of nineteen years, Van To; her parents, Bennie and Marie Sophie Anaya; her sister, Hazel Marie Hill-Jaramillo and husband Alex; her brother, Bennie Anaya and Fiancee Debbie Trujillo; her niece and Goddaughter, Meghan Gabrielle Jaramillo; her father- and mother-in-law, Quang and Minh To; many other relatives in the To family. Deborah Ann was a member of the Catholic Church, Auxiliary member of the Legion of Mary, member of the Missionary of Mercy, A Society of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity and was an Administrative Assistant for Bank of America for the past 25 years. Visitation will be Sunday afternoon from 2:30 until 3:00 in the St. Joseph's on the Rio Grande Catholic Church, 5901 St. Joseph's Place NW with a Rosary to be recited at 3:00 by Gene and Josie Lovato and the Legion of Mary. Final visitation will be Monday morning from 9:30 until 10:00 in the Church with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10:00 by Father Hoi Tran. Interment will follow in the Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Bonds -- Bill Bonds, 67, of Atlanta, TX, died Saturday, June 16, 2001 in Texarkana, TX. He was born on March 22, 1934 in Sentinel, OK. He was retired from Lucent Technologies, a member of the Telephone Company Pioneers and a Deacon at Smyrna Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Georgia Bonds of Atlanta, TX; parents, Paul and Letha Bonds of Gridley, CA; a son, Steven Bonds and wife, Teresa of Austin, TX; a daughter, Kim Taylor and husband, Tom of McLeod, TX; three grandchildren, Jarrod Taylor, Brandon Taylor and William Taylor; three brothers, Jim Bonds of Parker, CO, Gary Bonds of Santa Rosa, CA, Ricky Bonds of San Pablo, CA; one stepbrother, Johnny Pack of Gridley, CA; a sister, Paula Gatlin of Concord, CA; four stepsisters, Ninette Atzenbeck of Denver, CO, Patsy Phillips of Gridley, CA, Shirleene Latham of East Biggs, CA, Glenda Davis of Reedley, CA; his mother-in-law, Eloise Lance of Atlanta, TX; his brother-in-law, W.D. Lance and wife, Veneda of Atlanta, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews. Chavez -- Mrs. Valentina S. Chavez, beloved wife, mother, aunt, niece and friend died Sunday, June 17, 2001 in Albuquerque at the age of 63. Mrs. Chavez is survived by her husband, Moises Chavez; sons, Ruben Chavez, Romolo Chavez, Juan Jose Chavez, Moises F. Chavez, and Juan R. Chavez, all of Albuquerque; daughters, Elizabeth Brill and husband, Robert of Denver, CO, and Laura Chavez of Albuquerque; sisters, Josefita Gutierrez of Albuquerque, Melba Sanchez of Grants and Nancy Garcia of Albuquerque; and eight grandchildren. Funeral Services for Mrs. Chavez will be held on Thursday at Holy Family Catholic Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at San Jose de Armijo Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Adam Brill, Anthony Brill, Dominic Chavez, Juan R. Chavez, Juanita Chavez and Johnny Carrillo. Morris -- Barbara L. Morris, 61, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 10, 2001. She passed away in the loving arms of her husband, children and lifelong friend. She is survived by husband, Roger Morris; son, Morris Padilla; daughters, Sonya Gabaldon and Michele Perry; grandchildren, James Ray Padilla, Jonathan Noah Padilla, Herman David Sergio Gabaldon Jr., Stephen Ezekiel Gabaldon and Beau Perry. She will be deeply missed by her loving family and friends. Johnson -- Melvin C. (Johnny) Johnson, 89, a resident of Albuquerque, died on Thursday, June 7, 2001. He was the son of Norwegian pioneers Olaf and Minnie Johnson born in Genoa, CO. on November 23, 2001. Johnny is survived by his daughters, Sondra Tewes and husband, Peter of Albuquerque and Sheree Traub and husband, Robert of San Jacinto, CA; granddaughters, Victoria Smalley and husband, Mikal of Albuquerque and Jennifer Kieffer and husband, David of Corona, CA; grandsons, Christopher Tewes of Portland OR, Nathan McCasland of Ackworth, GA, Peter Tewes III of Portland, OR and Scott Traub and wife, Veronica of Yorba Linda, CA; three great-grandchildren, Toni Traub, Tristan Traub, and Luke Kieffer; brother, Orin Johnson of Craig, CO and Norman Johnson and wife, Mary of Laramie, WY; sister, Marlene Griffin and husband, Jim of Craig, CO; brother-in-law, Harold Smithburg of Arriba, CO; sisters-in-law, Patricia M. Price of Albuquerque and Jean Culver and husband, Jack of Carlsbad, NM; and by numerous nieces and nephews. Melvin was preceded in death by his wife of 44 years, Louise M. Johnson. He was retired from the US Air Force, serving in both WWII and Korea. Johnny was a 32nd degree Mason member of the Scottish Rite and a member of the Ballat Abyad Shrine Temple. He was also a member of Montgomery Church of Christ. Services will be held on Tuesday, June 12, 2001, 11:00 a.m. at French Mortuary, Wyoming Chapel, 7121 Wyoming Blvd N.E. Burial to follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 1:30 p.m. Friends may visit on Monday, June 11, 2001 from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, Wyoming Chapel.

Trujillo -- Fabian "Fly" Trujillo, logged his last trip down the Highway to Heaven on June 7, 2001. His last days were spent at his home in Moriarty, New Mexico. He was preceded in death by his father, Jose Abe Trujillo, mother, Flora Trujillo, two brothers, Val Tafoya and Gregorio Trujillo. He is survived by his wife, Liz Trujillo; daughters, Victoria Garcia and Amanda Trujillo; son, James Trujillo and his grandson, Carlos Garcia; brother, Paul Trujillo and wife, Betty; sisters, Francis Mora and husband, Alex, and Lala Garcia; numerous nieces and nephews. He was blessed by his in-laws, Mr. and Mrs. Dick Griswold and Gayle, Mr. and Mrs. Mickey Malone and family. He will be missed by a multitude of friends. At the time of his diagnosis with brain cancer he was employed by Waycor as a mixer driver. His spare time was spent country western dancing, cooking, yard work and as a "shade tree" mechanic. He was a very outgoing people person with a great sense of humor which he maintained throughout his illness. Pallbearers will be his nephews Johnny, Tommy and Freddie Trujillo, Morris and Freddie Mora and his best friend, Terry Piloni. A Rosary will be recited Sunday, June 10, 201 at 7:00 p.m. and a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, June 11, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. both at St. Therese Catholic Church, 300 Mildred NW in Albuquerque. Rael -- John G. Rael, 39, a resident of Albuquerque passed away peacefully at home in the arms of his loving family on June 3, 2001 and is now in Heaven with our Lord. John is the beloved husband of five years to Patricia G. Rael. He is also survived by his loving parents, John G. Rael Sr. and Marcy; his sister, Gloria; his grandmother, Mrs. Margaret Baca; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; his mother and father-in-law, Florence and Polo Garcia. John was a member of the Catholic Church. A Prayer Service will be recited Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. at Our Lady of The Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5415 Fortuna NW with visitation at the church 6:30 p.m. Sister Marcia, Ann Avalon and Chritine Spahn, reciting. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday morning at 9:00 a.m. with final visitation at the church after 8:30 a.m. Father Gene Gries, O.Praem, Celebrant of the mass.
