Barbara L. Morris, 61, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 10, 2001. She passed away in the loving arms of her husband, children and lifelong friend. She is survived by husband, Roger Morris; son, Morris Padilla; daughters, Sonya Gabaldon and Michele Perry; grandchildren, James Ray Padilla, Jonathan Noah Padilla, Herman David Sergio Gabaldon Jr., Stephen Ezekiel Gabaldon and Beau Perry. She will be deeply missed by her loving family and friends. Funeral Services were held on June 13, 2001 at Victory Love Fellowship at 11:00 a.m. Honorary Pallbearers were Roberto and Dolores Baca, Frank and Teresa Saavedra, Johnny and Victoria Sanchez. Funeral Services were in the care of Garcia Mortuary, 717 Stover Ave., SW. 243-5222.
