GARCIA, RONALD LEE Born on February 19, 1959 and called to serve in Gods Army on February 26, 2015. He served in the United States Army for 28 years and has coached baseball, football and helped with various events at Moriarty-Edgewood School District for 15 years. He is survived by his wife of 32 years Lana (Country) Garcia; daughters Alana and husband Noel, and Jerrica; sons Eric and Isiah; parents John and Corina Garcia; siblings Linda and Cipriano Griego, John and Martie Garcia, Tommy and Sheila Garcia, Sandra and Mike Dile, Anthony and Cindy Garcia, Gilbert and Barbara Garcia, Ricky and Claudia Garcia, Brenda and Kenny Garcia; and many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. He will be welcomed in Heaven by his grandparents Juan and Transita Salazar. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at noon at Nuestra Senora de Refugio Cemetery in Puerta de Luna, New Mexico. There will be food and drinks served to follow the services, across the street at Nuestra Senora de Refugio Catholic Church. There will also be a bonfire that evening at the Garcia house in Stanley. His pallbearers are his sons Eric and Isiah, and his son-in-law Noel. His honorary pallbearers are his uncles, brothers, brothers-in-law, nephews, great-nephews, cousins, men he coached, and his military co-workers and friends.

LUCERO, JOSE ALBINO passed away on Saturday, February 21, 2015. He was born on December 16, 1933 in Guadalupita, NM to Abelino and Carlota (Archuleta) Lucero and was raised in Las Vegas. Jose attended school in Las Vegas, NM and graduated from Taos High School in 1952 where his joy was being on the 1st string basketball and football teams. He was in the U.S. Army where he honorably served his country in a tour of duty in the 82nd Airborne Division in Fort Bragg, NC as a Radio Operator. Jose traveled throughout the entire United States, driving with Bekins and Allied moving firms. He retired from Consolidated Freight as a Teamster, and settled in the South Valley. Jose was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church. He married Mary Frances Sandoval, they had four children, Al Lucero Jr., Michael Re', Antoinette Chavez, and Teresa Re'. Jose was preceded in death by wife Mary Frances; parents, Abelino and Carlota Lucero; brothers, Albert Lucero and Abelino (Abie) Lucero Jr.; sisters, Sophie Kemm, Mary Garcia, Simonita Cassidy and Ester Pray. He is survived by his children; Al, Michael, Antoinette, and Teresa; grandchildren, Rene' Chavez Miera, Michelle Chavez Mitchell, Gabrielo Re', and Nicole Re'; two great grandchildren, Jonathan Beverly and Grace Miera; siblings, Carlos Lucero, Robert Lucero, Fred Lucero, Georgia Dziurzynski and Lita Lovato. Jose would like to express his sincere appreciation to his granddaughter Rene' Chavez Miera, who was there to help him when he needed her the most. Services will be held at St. Anne's Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal Rd SW, Albuquerque, NM. on Tuesday, March 3, 2015. A Rosary will be recited at 8:15 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 AM. Interment will take place at the Santa Fe National Cemetery, in Santa Fe, NM at 3:00 PM. PADILLA, ANDY JOSEPH age 67, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2015. Mr. Padilla is survived by his wife of forty-six years, Rosa; children, Christopher Lopez, Renee Padilla, Martinique Padilla; his mother, Charlotte Olguin; brothers, Bernie Salazar, Emiliano Olguin Jr.; sisters, Virginia Viapando, Mary Ellen Ruiz, Cynthia Archibeque, Yolanda Olguin, Janine Garcia; aunts, Julia Cordova, Margaret Begay, Angie Benavidez; sister-in-law, Maria Garcia and husband, Emilio; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. GIRON, ANDREA B. Age 95, beloved mother of 14 children, grandmother and sister passed away peacefully Saturday, February 21, 2015, while surrounded by her loving family. She was born in San Acacia, NM on September 2, 1919 and lived most of her life in Albuquerque. Andrea will be remembered for her delicious cooking, especially her homemade bread and red chile. Her home was always open to family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfredo and Margarita Benavidez; husband, Pilar Giron; sons, Steve, Phillip and Victor Giron; daughters, Margaret Padilla, Angel Hall and Christine Baca; grandsons, Tony Lee and Christopher Giron; brother, Joe Benavidez; sisters, Terry Montoya, Susie Padilla, Ascension Montoya and Adela Ryals. GUTIERREZ, RAYMOND "BUSTER" age 32 and a lifelong resident of Albuquerque passed away unexpectedly on February 18, 2015 in Albuquerque. He was born on March 13, 1982 to Jose Ramon and Bernadette (Sena) Gutierrez. He enjoyed nice things: Cadillacs, gold, music, anything with bling, and nice vacations. He was, also a diehard Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Buster loved his family deeply and was extremely devoted to his children. He is survived by his children, Anthony Gutierrez, Dominic Gutierrez, and Antoinette Gutierrez; stepson, Ray Velasco; godchildren, Markiz Ruiz and Shandell Nieto; fiancee, Christy Vasquez and her children, Michael Carrillo and Kyler Carrillo, and her best friend, Antoinette Lucero; siblings, Joseph Garcia, Jonathan Garcia, Lucia Garcia Sprunk, Antonio Garcia Sprunk, and Ramon Ruiz; special cousins, Lawrence Nieto, Martin Nieto, and Roberta Centena; grandmother, Carole M.
