Charity is survived by children, Lauren Franklin & Marshall Thompson, Alicia Franklin and Xavier Vigil, Colin Franklin, and Courtney Crites; mother, RoseMarie Rivas; father of her children, Jeff Franklin and fiancee, Laurie Fingado; sisters, Sabrina Cordero and husband, Alex, Amanda Gomez and husband, Lupe; brother, Benjamin Rivas; nephews and nieces, Brian, Lilly, Nevaeh, Abigail, and Emmanuel; best friend, Gelenna Apodaca; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Visitation will be Saturday, February 28, 2015 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco SW from 10:45 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Santa Clara Cemetery.
