LOCK -- Elsie J. Lock, 74, a lifelong resident of New Mexico, went to be with the Lord while she was in Paradise on Wednesday, November 5, 2008. She is survived by her children, Louis Nuanes and wife Debbie, Vivian P. Reese and husband Shaune, Pam Martinez and husband Ernest, Tracy Honnila and husband Allen; step-children Alan Lock and wife Robin, Lori Kelly and husband John, Karen Smith; grandchildren Patricia Weidner and husband David, Daniel De La O and wife Marcia, Stephen Maes, Sylvia Martinez and husband Mario, Kyle Ramacciotti, Alyse Ramacciotti, and Lucas Honnila; and many great-grandchildren; siblings Lorenzo Jaramillo, Frank Jaramillo, and Mary Lou Hoselton and husband Oscar; and a large, extended family. She was preceeded in death by the love of her life, Richard "Dick" Lock. Mrs. Lock worked for a time at GTE Lenkurt, but mostly she was a homemaker and mother to all. Her passion was to help everyone. Rosary will be recited, Thursday, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Westside Chapel. Mass will be celebrated, Friday, 9:00 a.m., at the Shrine of St. Bernadette, 11401 Indian School Rd. NE. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallberers will be Ralph Jones, Alan Jones, Oscar Hoselton, James Hoselton, Daniel De La O, Kyle Ramacciotti, and Stephen Maes. BIROSH -- George John Birosh, 74, of Albuquerque, NM went to be with his Lord Jesus on Thursday, November 6, 2008. George was born June 19, 1934 in Mahanoy City, PA to John and Helen Birosh. He joined the U.S. Air Force on August 12, 1953. He played the saxophone in the 75 2d Air Force Band and traveled with the band to various cities in the U.S. While stationed at Kirtland Air Force Base, in Albuquerque he met and married the love of his life, Gloria Ann Griego and made Albuquerque his family home. Upon his discharge from the Air Force he began his career in marketing retiring after many years of dedicated service from GTE Lenkurt (Siemens). George and his wife owned and operated Amor Jewelers for several years. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Gloria, his parents John and Helen Birosh, and his in-laws Pierre and Felicita Griego. He is survived by his sisters, Suzanne Prete (Tony) of Bonita, CA and Mary Louise Johnson of Naples, FL. Other survivors include his sisters-in-law Sadie Sanchez (Luz), Melba Guerin (Kenneth), Sylvia Osborne (Fred, deceased), Helen Sanchez, Rita Zaccardi (John, Deceased) and his brother-in-law Leo Diego Griego (Cathy). George was intensely fond of his many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews, many whom he considered as his children Michael (Alberta), Mark (Karen) and Zachary (Connie) Guerin, Kathy Guerin and children, Brianna, Isaac, Matthew and Felicia; Monica Bergeron (Delfie), Michelle Healy (Sean) and children, Greggory, Peyton and Eli; Stacey and Stephen Griego; Paul, David, Joseph and Yvette Sanchez and Cynthia Mitchell; Carlos and Miguel Sanchez, Sharon Hernandez and children Lena Hernandez and Veronica Jaramillo; Greg, Patrick, Pierre and Elizabeth Osborne and Cecile Mosbarger and Annette Farnham; Laura Carpinelli and son Giancarlo and Kim Piancone and son Michael. Cremation has taken place, may he rest in peace. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, November 14, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 5310 Claremont NE. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 7500 Paseo del Norte NE.

JONES -- Darlene Herrera Jones was born November 1, 1972. She went to join her grandma on November 5, 2008 at the age of 36. Darlene left behind, her husband she loved so much, Rickie A Jones Jr.; her parents, Marcelino and Diana Herrera; her in-laws, Rickie A. Jones Sr. and Vickie L. Jones; her brother, Marc and wife Amanda; nieces, Angel and Jazmien; her grandpas, Eloy P. Jaramillo and Manuel Herrera; many aunts, uncles, cousins and very loved friends who will miss her dearly. She went to join her grandma, Ernestina Jaramillo; her uncle, Leon Jaramillo and her grandma, Mary Herrera. A Rosary will be prayed at the Holy Child Parish in Carnuel, NM, on Tuesday, November 11, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of The Assumption Catholic Church, 811 Guaymas NE, at Lomas and Tennessee, on Wednesday, November 12, 2008 at 9:30 a.m., with Fr. JARAMILLO -- Emma Jaramillo passed away Monday, November 3, 2008 in Albuquerque at the age of 87. She is preceded in death by her husband, Gregorio; and children, Salvador, Johnny, and Sadie. She is survived by her son, Epimenio L. Jaramillo; daughter, Lorraine Moralez and husband, Albert; son-in-law, Fred Perches; brother, Saturnino Lopez; sister, Rita Tapia; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation for Mrs. Jaramillo will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2008 at Salazar & Sons Mortuary from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. A Rosary will be recited on Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, November 7, 2008 also at Holy Family Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at San Jose de Armijo Cemetery. OLAGUE -- Larry E. Olague, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque passed away early Friday evening, October 31, 2008 in Albuquerque, NM following a very brief illness. He was born on January 24, 1948 to Ernest Olague and Mary Davis in Albuquerque, NM. Mr. Olague was married to his wife Catherine on December 14, 1979. He attended Queen of Heaven Catholic Parish in Albuquerque, NM and was a member of ABQ Pigeon Racing Club. He lived life to the fullest and enjoyed traveling to various places across the country with his loving wife, often including trips to support his favorite baseball team the St. Louis Cardinals. He is fondly remembered by his family as being a devoted, loving husband, father, grandfather and sports fan. Larry delighted in watching his granddaughters pitch in fast-pitch softball games. Mr. Olague will be tremendously missed by the family and friends he leaves behind. He is survived by his wife of 29 years Catherine Olague of the family home in Albuquerque, his mother Mary Davis; three daughters, Natalie Olague and her husband Thomas Davis, Michelle Cox, Kelli Olague; two brothers, Stanley Olague, David Olague; two sisters Pat Gabaldon and her husband Henry, Jeannie Gabaldon and her husband Willie; four grandchildren; Sara Stverak, Emili Olague, Sofia Davis Olague, Isabela Davis Olague, one great-grandson; Angelo Jaramillo, all of Albuquerque. In addition, numerous nieces, nephews and sisters-in-laws survive as well. He was preceded in death by his father Ernest Olague and his grandparents. Cremation will take place, a Rosary will be held at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, Memorial Mass will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 7, 2008 at Queen of Heaven Parish. Private interment of cremated remains will be held at a later date.
