NOTICE OF SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 27, 2016, at the hour of 10:00 AM, the undersigned Special Master will, at the front entrance of the Bernalillo County Courthouse, located at 400 Lomas Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102, sell all of the rights, title, and interests of the above-named Defendants, in and to the hereinafter described real property to the highest bidder for cash. The property to be sold is located at 9105 Lower Meadow Trail SW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87121, and is more particularly described as follows: Lot numbered Eleven-P1 (11-P1) in Block numbered Eighteen (18) of BLOSSOM RIDGE, PHASE 2, a Subdivision within the Town of Atrisco Grant, Projected Section 9, Township 9 North, Range 2 East, N.M.P.M., City of Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on the Plat filed in the office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico on January 13, 2005, in Plat Book 2005C, page 13. including any improvements, fixtures, and attachments, such as, but not limited to, mobile homes (hereinafter the "Property"). If there is a conflict between the legal description and the street address, the legal description shall control. The foregoing sale will be made to satisfy an in rem foreclosure judgment rendered by this Court in the above-entitled and numbered cause on September 8, 2016, being an action to foreclose a mortgage on the Property. Plaintiff's judgment is in the amount of $192,280.77, and the same bears interest at the rate of 8.12500% per annum, accruing at the rate of $42.80 per diem. The Court reserves entry of final in rem judgment against Defendants, Hani Marogy and Vince Dickow, for the amount due after foreclosure sale, including interest, costs, and fees as may be assessed by the Court. Plaintiff has the right to bid at the foregoing sale in an amount equal to its judgment, and to submit its bid either verbally or in writing. Plaintiff may apply all or any part of its judgment to the purchase price in lieu of cash. In accordance with the Court's decree, the proceeds of sale are to be applied first to the costs of sale, including and the Special Master's fees, and then to satisfy the above-described judgment, including interest, with any remaining balance to be paid unto the registry of the Court in order to satisfy any future adjudication of priority lienholders. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that in the event that the Property is not sooner redeemed, the undersigned Special Master will, as set forth above, offer for sale and sell the Property to the highest bidder for cash or equivalent, for the purpose of satisfying, in the adjudged order of priorities, the judgment and decree of foreclosure described herein, together with any additional costs and attorney's fees, including the costs of advertisement and publication for the foregoing sale, and, reasonable receiver and Special Master's fees in an amount to be fixed by the Court. TRAMBLEY, FRANK C. Frank C. Trambley (Decky) was born on January 24, 1928, and returned home to his Heavenly Father on March 2, 2015. Decky was born to Frank Leon Trambley and Josephine Strong Trambley and had two sisters, twin Margaret (Gayle) and Jeannine. On November 9, 1953, he married the love of his life, Delicia Tafoya, married for 61 years and had six children. Decky was a very prominent businessman who bought his first property at the age of 12. He ranched, farmed and opened up his own business Decky's Meats in 1966. He loved spending time on the ranch, irrigating, baling hay, and spending time with his cattle. He was a Mora County Commissioner in the 1960's, a member of the Mora San Miguel Electric Co-op for 18 years, mayordomo of two acequias since the age of 18, a life-long Republican and Chairman of the County Republican Party in the 1950's and subsequently in the late 1960's. Decky was a life-long member of St. Gertrude's Church. He was preceded in death by his son, Joseph; father, Frank Leon Trambley; his mother, Josephine Strong Trambley; grandson Michael Edward Meadows; father-in-law, Praxedes Tafoya; mother-in-law, Estefanita Tafoya; sister, Jeannine Martinez, brother-in-law, Ernest Martinez; twin sister, Margaret (Gayle) Lester, brother-in-law Chuck Lester; daughter-in-law, Diane (Rachel) Trambley; and his best friend Carlos Lovato, Jr. He is survived by his wife, Delicia Trambley; children: Rose Trambley; Praxedes L. Trambley, wife, Minerva; Frank Leon Trambley; Josephine Meadows, husband, Michael Meadows; Stephanie Trambley, husband, Dennis Trujillo; ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sister-in-law Katie Martinez, husband Alfonso Martinez; little sister Josephine Vigil, husband, Benjamin Vigil; his brothers-in-law, Ernest Tafoya, Seferino Crollett, and Bonifacio Vigil; and numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends. The Trambley family would like to thank the following caregivers that assisted: Florence Trujillo, Alice Vasquez, Virginia Trujillo, Fabby Vigil, and Shannon Maes; Esperanza, Joseph Abeyta, Antoinette Romo, and special friends, Dennis Romero, Gloria, Tom, Tom, Jr., and Daniel Gallegos. Funeral services for Mr. Trambley will be held at St. Gertrude Catholic Church in Mora, NM as follows: Family viewing will begin at 5:00pm on Friday, March 6 followed by a Rosary at 7:00pm. Celebration of the funeral Mass by Father Paul Grala, SOLT is scheduled for 10:00am Saturday March 7th. Interment will follow the Mass at the Trambley Family Cemetery in Mora, NM. Serving as pallbearers will be Frank Fred Trambley, Praxedes Trambley, II, Michael Meadows, Dennis Trujillo, Ruben Trujillo, Matthew Trambley, Tom Gallegos, and Dennis Romero. MEGAH, LAURA LEE TOULOUSE Age 64, died on February 18, 2015 after a long illness. She was born on January 11, 1951 in Albuquerque to the late James and Charlotte Toulouse. She is survived by her devoted husband of 28 years Ben Megah; her daughters Kimberly Megah (Luis Otero), Brook Megah Escapule (Tyler); her grandchildren Victoria Baca and Jasper Otero and a soon to be born second Otero grandson; her sisters Carmie Lynn, Charlotte Mary (Robert Secrest), and Leigh-Anne Toulouse and Samantha Schwack (Art); and her nephews Jeremy (Jenny) and Trent Toulouse and James McAnally; and niece Tamaya Toulouse (Ivan Wiener); six grandnephews; and many cousins and other relatives. For the last 25 years she, Ben and their daughters lived in a log cabin, a place she loved in Sandia Park, once owned by her grandmother. She graduated from UNM with a fine arts degree and attended art school in Chicago. She was a gifted artist, loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother. For many years she owned and showed her beloved quarter horses. She worked for the US Census Bureau, the NM Department of Human Services and the US Social Security Office from which she had to retire because of her health. Through the seven years of her illness she maintained her wonderful sense of humor and her strength was a marvel to all those around her. In her last months even as sick as she was she was able to attend one more Lobo Aggie game at the Pit, and more importantly saw her daughter, Brook get married. A memorial service will be held at the First Presbyterian Church, 215 Locust NE, on Tuesday, February 24 at 1:00pm with Pastor Matthew Miller officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Laura's name be made to the UNM Hospital Center for Digestive Diseases and sent to UNM Foundation, 700 Lomas Blvd NE, Two Woodward Center, Alb. NM 87102. Arrangements entrusted to Riverside Funeral Home.

RULEY, ROBERT "RAY" Age 92, passed away Wednesday, February 18, 2015. He was born in Yeso, NM on January 2, 1923 to Leonidas Allison and Pearl (Moore) Ruley. He worked for AT&SF for thirty eight years and was part of the Railroad Union. Robert served in the First Calavary with his horse Stoney, serial number 5U27. He was also a member of the Church of Christ. One of his favorite hobbies was playing golf. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of over fifty years, Anne Konougres; son, Tim Ruley; grandson, Matt Hartline; siblings, Henry, Homer, Katherine, Mary Elizabeth, and Beauford Lee. Robert is survived by his brother, Ross Ruley; children, Robin Rotolo and her husband Joe, Laura Speer and her husband Greg; grandchildren, Kelly, Erica, Garret Speer; and numerous nieces and nephews that he loved dearly. POPOLATO, ALPHONSE Age 94 of Rio Rancho, NM entered his eternal home in Heaven on Wednesday, January 28, 2015. Al (Pop) was born in Flushing, Queens, NY on August 18, 1920. He earned his Bachelor of Science degrees from St. Francis College '42 (Chemistry) and Virginia Polytechnic Institute '44 (Chemical Engineering). He served in the US Army and was a true American hero who played an integral part in the Manhattan Project, which contributed to the successful conclusion of WWII. He enjoyed a distinguished career working as a Chemical Engineer at Los Alamos National Laboratory before retiring to Belen, NM in 1979. Pop was a terrific family man who provided for his immediate family as well as extended family members. He was an avid golfer who also enjoyed reading, cruising, and dancing with his wife. Pop will be deeply missed and remembered for his quick wit, keen sense of humor, gentle spirit, kindness toward others, and words of wisdom. He always had a song in his heart, a kind salutation on his lips and spontaneous serenades to share. He was preceded in death by his beautiful wife, Frances. He is survived by son, Joe (Jolene) of Rio Rancho; daughter, Annette (John) Turrietta of Rio Rancho; daughter, Mary (Mike) Broach of Birmingham, AL; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews from the Flynn and Durham families. SHAW, NORMA J. Age 77, passed away Saturday, January 31, 2015. She was born in Springfield, IL on October 13, 1937, to John and Stella Stuper. She attended Lanphier High School and worked at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, IL as an x-ray technician. Norma married Gary Shaw on December 3, 1960. Norma and Gary spent 18 years raising their family in Dixon, IL. She loved working as an elementary school nurse in Grand Junction, CO. She had a great sense of humor and that showed when she was with her children, grandchildren, her dog Lizzie and her grand dog Lincoln. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Johnny Stuper. Norma is survived by husband, Gary D. Shaw of Albuquerque, NM; sons, Gary L. Shaw and Chris J. Shaw, both of Albuquerque, NM: daughter Jamie L. BRYANT, SHIRLEY Age 81, of Albuquerque, NM, passed away on January 27, 2015. Shirley was born in Iowa City, IA on September 18, 1933 to parents, Don and Ida Darner. Shirley was a devoted and caring wife, mother and homemaker to her husband of 50 years, Billy R. Bryant and their five kids, the 5 D's, David, Dan, Debbie, Doug and Diana. Shirley was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Billy R. Bryant, June 18, 2001; her parents, Don Darner and Ida Nelson and her sister, Martha Gravett of Longville, MN. Shirley is survived by her three sons and two daughters, David and Sherri Bryant of Sun City, AZ, Dan and Julie Bryant of Ruidoso, NM; Debbie and Bob Gage of Albuquerque, NM, Doug and Monique Bryant of Navajo Dam, NM and Diana and Dave Schlegel of Rio Rancho, NM; 18 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and three brothers, Don Darner of Port Angeles, WA, Kirt Darner of Hodgekiss, CO and Guy Darner of Nyssa, OR. ARNOLD, ALFRED S. age 76, born July 18, 1938, formerly of Fulton, NY and Muncie, IN passed away January 10, 2015 in Albuquerque, NM. Fred is survived by his son, Jeff and wife, Denise; grandchildren, Brittany and Zack; step-grandchildren, Taylor, Jordan, & Isaac; great-grandson, Brantley; daughter, Kate; grandson, Timothy; son, Harley and wife, Jennifer; grandson, Jimmy; step-grandchildren, Mackenzie, Maria and Kenneth; sister, Marian; numerous cousins, extended relatives and plenty of friends. Fred was preceded in death by his parents Glen and Ella Arnold. Fred enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1957 and served in Germany, Korea, and two tours in Vietnam. He was a decorated Army sharpshooter, avid motorcyclist, gun enthusiast, and master mechanic. His nickname to bikers and trikers was "Festus."
