The family requests that memorials be given to the church to be used for the choir, youth, and parish nursing programs. The memorial service for Jeff will be held at Monte Vista Christian Church at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 5th. His cremated remains will be in-niched at Sunset Memorial Park.
