ANDERSON -- Brett Timothy Anderson, 44, a longtime resident of the North Valley in Albuquerque, died unexpectedly on January 16, 2007. Tim was a lifelong farmer, having been awarded "Out-Standing Farmer" in the Central Rio Grande district for 1989. North Valley residents will long remember Tim faithfully plowing, seeding, and then cutting and baling alfalfa at the Anderson Fields that surrounded his boyhood home. we will always remember Tim sitting atop his tractor going back and forth across the fields with small plumes of dust being kicked up - truly a life-like tableau. Tim graduated from the Albuquerque Academy before attending New Mexico State University. He worked as a stock broker for the Doherty Securities firm here in Albuquerque. As evidenced by his farming, Tim was foremost a man of the outdoors. He was a superb fisherman having located many secret lakes brimming with walleye pike around his grandparents' home in Bagley, MN. More recently, he enjoyed pheasant hunting with his cousins in North Dakota. Tim was preceded in death by his grandparents and his father, Maxie L. Anderson. He is survived by his mother, Patty G. Anderson-McRoberts; step-father, Robert McRoberts; sister, Stephanie Anderson Pugash; and brothers, Michael and Kristian Anderson; along with nephews, Maxie Anderson, Andy and Toby Pugash; and nieces, Missy Anderson and Ali Pugash. Step-brothers, Ian, Tate, and Judd McRoberts also survived him. Uncles, John Lunseth, Sr., Bud Walker, John Bird; aunts, Darleen Jackson, Ardis Walker, Jennifer Bird; and cousins, John, Steven, and Mark Lunseth and Michele Oelrich and Susan Ebertz survived Tim; along with Ken and Rob Jackson, Nancy Chambers, Susan Kinneer, Ralph, John and Julie Walker, "Andy", Steven, Janice, Teresa, and Cindy Anderson. On Saturday, January 28, 2007, Tim's extended family attended a beautiful Memorial Service at Saint Timothy's Lutheran Church where Timothy had been baptized and, later, as a teenager, confirmed into God's holy family. God bless Tim Anderson. Timmy, we love you and miss you. Memorial contributions may be sent to the Anderson-Abruzzo Albuquerque International Balloon Museum.
