Rona Brill, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away Wednesday February 7th, 2007, after a brief illness. Rona received her Master's Degree in speech pathology from City University of New York. She dedicated her career to teaching in the New York Public School District for 10 years as well as 18 years at Albuquerque Public School System. Rona was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 49 years, Harold Brill. She is lovingly survived by her only son Bruce Brill of Las Vegas, Nevada, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Rona was to have several interests and hobbies, including being a published poet; however, her passion, in her own words, was always "for the children". Rona will be greatly missed by all who have known and loved her.
