Vigil -- IN LOVING MEMORY OF JOEY I VIGILToday has been a year since God called you home, You came from Heaven and now you're back home; If roses grow in Heaven, pick a bouquet for me, Place them in the arms of Joey, and tell him they're from me. Tell him I miss him, and when he turns to smile, Place a kiss upon his cheek, and hold him for a while. Remembering him is easy, I do it every day. There's an ache within my heart, that will never go away; It's only been a year, but it seems like an eternity, I pray for you every day, and humbly ask the Lord: To reunite me with you in Heaven when He comes to call me home.
