Hanrahan -- In loving memory of Walter James Hanrahan, 68, a resident of Albuquerque since 1976. Loving husband of Arlene; beloved father to Kerry Stabe and husband, Reed, John Hanrahan, Kimberley Shelby and husband, Michael, Robert Hanrahan and wife, Amy, Kelley Schneberger and husband, Paul; beloved grandfather to Gary, Shay, Zachary, Chelsey, Katherine, Ryan and Steven; and brother to Michael Hanrahan and wife, Esther. Walter served in the Army and Air force and was a Veteran of the Korean Conflict. He retired as a Lieutenant from the Bernalillo County Sheriffs Office. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge #68 and Santa Fe Perfection. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, 5712 Paradise Blvd. NW, with Fr. John Conway, Celebrant. Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery, Santa Fe, New Mexico. Pallbearers will be Michael Shelby, Paul Schneberger, Gary Lyons, Joe Collins, Michael Hanrahan and Richard Sawin."Rest in peach in your journey into your new life." Dillard -- Kyle Dillard Jr., 79, a long-time resident of Belen, peacefully joined our Lord on Wednesday, March 08, 2000. He was born to Kyle Dillard Sr. and Irene Mckinney Dillard in Breckenridge, TX in 1920. Kyle was a member of the Golf Road Church of Christ in Belen. He was a long time Machine Shop Foreman for the New Mexico Tech School of Mines in Socorro, NM retiring in 1983. During his time at New Mexico Tech School of Mines he was involved in many government projects, one of them being the building of the first Sidewinder Missile for the U.S. Government. Kyle served in the United States Army in Italy during World War II. Kyle is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Dorothy (Dot); his loving daughters; Jan House, and Denese Auge and her husband, Ed; his loving son, Kyle III; grandchildren, Jeff House and his wife, Rebecca, Steven House, Carrie Auge, David Auge and Melissa Auge, all of Belen and Bradley Dillard of San Diego, CA. He is also survived by his nephew, Curtis DuPriest of Houston, TX, and many special friends. A memorial service will be held on Friday, 2:00 p.m., at the Golf Road Church of Christ. Gallegos -- Rocchina Casey Gallegos, 20 years old, passed away on March 8, 2000 in Albuquerque. She is survived by her mother, Cheryl; father, Steven; daughter, Eva; grandfather, Harold; sisters, Cody and Cheyenne; brothers, Nathan and Matthew and wife, Lorrie. She is also survived by family, Dianna, Loriann, Kelley, Leroy, Buster, Eric, Marc, Kaitlyn, Ashley, Cobey, Miko, Bonnie Santina, Matthew, Santiago, Liz, Benji, Cisco, Jake, John, Cat, Sam; and numerous friends and relatives. Dillard -- Kyle Dillard Jr., 79, a resident of Belen, passed away on Wednesday, March 08, 2000. He was born in Breckenridge, TX in 1920. Kyle was a member of the Golf Road Church of Christ in Belen. He retired from New Mexico Tech since 1986. Kyle fought in World War II. Kyle is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Dorothy (Dot); his children, Jan House, Denese Auge and her husband, Ed Auge and their son, Kyle III; grandchildren, Jeff House and his wife, Rebecca, Steven House, Carrie Auge, David Auge and Melissa Auge, all of Belen and Bradley Dillard of San Diego, CA; nephew, Curtis DuPriest of Houston, TX. He is also survived by many special friends. A memorial service will be held on Friday, 2:00 p.m., at the Golf Road Church of Christ. Sekot -- Anita Maria Valdez-Sekot, 87, a resident of Albuquerque since 1950, died Sunday, February 27, 2000. She is survived by her sons, Joseph P. Sekot and wife, Mercy of Blackfoot, ID and John Alfred Sekot and wife, Ricki of Fresno, CA; daughters, Marie P. Martinez and husband, Robert of Rio Rancho, Angela R. Ballengee and husband, Phillip, Jeannie Mackey and husband, Maurice and Loretta Duran and husband, Levi, all of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Steven Sekot, Yvonne Lindsay, Joseph Sekot, Fred Sekot, Cheryl Parks, Shelly Allabach, Roberta McGrew, Martin Martinez, Mike Martinez, Kathy Gunderson, Christine Woisin, David Ballengee, Nicholas Ballengee, Victoria Ballengee, Anton Mackey, Danielle Duran and Levi Duran; seventeen great-grandchildren; brother, Peter Valdez, and wife, Rose of Albuquerque; and many loving nieces, nephews and other relatives. Mrs. Sekot was preceded in death by her husband, John M. Sekot, whom she married in 1934. She was raised and married in Dawson, NM. Mrs. Sekot was a member of Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, where she attended daily Mass and taught Catechism. She was a member of the Legion of Mary and Altar Rosary Society, she was a church volunteer. She was devoted to her Rosary. Mrs. Sekot worked with the girl and boy scouts, as well as made home visits to the elderly. She was also a member of the Machinist Auxiliary. Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, 11:00 a.m. at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 5310 Claremont NE, with Father Johnny Lee Chavez, Celebrant and Father Antonio Mondragon, Con-Celebrant. Ramirez -- Mr. Pedro A. Ramirez, 90, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on February 27, 2000 peacefully at home in the arms of his loved ones. Mr. Ramirez is the beloved Father to Tony Ramirez and wife, Catherine Van Damme-Ramirez and Larry Ramirez and wife, Theresa. He is also survived by one sister, Martha Montoya; niece, Francis Montoya; nephew, Deacon Manuel Montoya and wife, Eileen; eight grandchildren, Christopher and wife, Irene, Monica, Jennifer, Vincent, Michael and wife, Jane, Kathleen, Jo Ann T. and husband, John, Collette and husband, Gary; eleven great-grandchildren, Ryan, Catherine and husband, Jason, Antoinette, Tommy, Adam, Steven, James, Kimberly, Stephanie, Jacob, Jenna Marie; three great-great grandchildren, Kaylee, Valarie and Julia Rose; many other extended cousins and relatives. He is preceded in death by his wife, Josephine; grandson, Thomas, and great-grandson, Johnathan. Mr. Ramirez was a member of the Catholic Church, played a guitar with choir at St. Charles Church, retired after 35 years with the Santa Fe Railroad. A Rosary will be recited Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. at San Felipe Catholic Church, 2005 Plaza NW with Deacon Manuel Montoya, reciting. Visitation will be at the church after 6:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday morning at 10:00 a.m. at San Felipe Church with final viewing at the church after 9:30 a.m. Rev. Vigil -- Jessie Milton Vigil passed away on Friday, February 18, 2000 in Albuquerque. He is survived by his brother, John Henry Otero and his wife, Mary West Otero and their four sons, Steven Jordan, John Vigil Jr., Mark Vigil and Paul Vigil. Jessie is also survived by many cousins and other family members. Jessie was a veteran of the United States Army and was in the Elite Army Unit, the Green Berets. He was a paratrooper. Jessie will be sorely missed by his family, who loved him very much. Services will be held at the International All Faith Center, 217 Iron SW, Albuquerque. Pastor Ernest Francia will conduct the service at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 23, 2000.
