Gallegos -- IN LOVING MEMORY OF JERRY ANTHONY GALLEGOS, SR. May 7, 1954 - January 16, 1994Don't be sad that I am gone, for I am still here in all of the Beatles' beautiful songs. It is all right if remembering me hurts and makes you cry, for I am still here and did not really die. I am up in the beautiful Wind River Mountains in Lander, deep in the snow, that special place in Wyoming that I loved so. I am with my son Jerry; fishing in Colorado and telling him what a great job he has done in making me a Grandpa. I am with Noah at school at the Mount far away from home. But tell her I am watching her become a beautiful young woman and not to be too hard on the cigarette smoke. That could be me. I just haven't been able to quit yet! I know Dommers will graduate from Sandia Prep this year. Congratulations Dommers, nice ride!! And tell your mom it's cool if you really want to go to UNM instead of Notre Dame. Also know that I have been working hard getting to know my other son Anthony and my other beautiful daughter Celestria. Only if we had had just a little more time. Please know how much I love you both. Tell Herc and Netsie how proud I am of their success. But most of all Mom and Dad, I am with you every day. You were my strength and my spirit. Oh, how I miss you so. I still see Dad drinking coffee out of my BMW cup and wearing my winter robe. Just remember that I am a breeze caressing your face, so when you all are feeling blue or sad, let my love ripple and be glad and thankful that I'm in God's hands now and my soul is now at rest. You know I have had some great times with Grandpa Jose and Grandma Fela. In fact, Grandma Lena and I have made some great chili together. Father Madrid and I spend most of our time fishing. Boy, the fish up here are great!!! All in all it is a great place to be. I know our family chain is now broken and nothing seems the same; but as God chooses, one by one, the chain will link again. WE LOVE AND MISS YOU, (Our Scooter Tramp!!) Mom, Dad, John Nep, Netsie, Wayne, Dominic, Big No and our new Tobers, aka Buster
