MURRAY, BORIS November 22, 2014, Boris Murray, of Albuquerque, New Mexico passed away at 78 years of age of natural causes. Boris is survived by two sisters, Joan (Lolly) Rivers and Candy Nelson; his children, daughter, Tracy (Louie) Pangburn; son, Scott (Margie) Murray; his stepchildren, Joanne (Tony) Del Grosso, Denise (Martin) Campos-Thompson, Dianne (Eddie) Campos Garcia; and nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. NELSON, DOROTHY M. Dorothy M. Nelson passed peacefully away at her home in the comfort of Hospice on November 13, 2014. Dorothy was born on May 10, 1932 in Providence, Rhode Island to Everett and Minna Simmons. She was preceded in death by son, Thomas. Dorothy is survived by husband of 47 years, Elton; daughter Beverly (and Tom) Polk; son Frank (and Denise) Loucks; son Barry (and Rita) Loucks; daughter Catherine (and Dewey) Edwards; two grandsons; and one great-grandson. She was a devoted member of the Central Seventh-Day Adventist Church where she loved singing in the choir, and being with all her great friends there. Dorothy was an avid weaver and knitter, loved to crochet and sew, - giving most away to her family and friends. She also crocheted numerous baby blankets for Project Linus. A memorial service will be at the Central Seventh-Day Adventist Church on Sat., Nov. 22, 1:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, you may make donations to Project Linus or the American Heart Association.

DOLDE, MARIE N. Marie N. Dolde, 94, was born August 24, 1920, in Yokohama, Japan, and passed away with family by her side on October 5, 2014, in Albuquerque. She is survived by her daughters and their husbands, Cathy and Paul Duggan, Ruth Ann and Weston Thompson, and Jean and Dave Jenkins; grandchildren, William, Ken and Andrew Jenkins; nieces, Selma Cozart and Marilyn Achten; and a nephew, Victor Cozart. Marie was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Irene Nelson, her husband, Howard F. Dolde, and her sister, Frances Cozart. After spending the first two years of her life in Japan, her family moved to Berwyn, IL. They later moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she attended and graduated from high school. She returned to the United States, enlisted in the U.S. Army as a WAC and proudly served her country from 1945 to 1948. Marie settled in Albuquerque after her discharge, attended UNM where she became a member of Town Club, a non-Greek sorority; and joined St. Paul Lutheran Church. She met her future husband, Howard Dolde, at St. Paul's; they married in 1950. Marie graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's in social work the next year. Marie stayed home with her children until the youngest started school. Then she worked part time as a medical secretary for Dr. Roy Robertson. She led her daughters' Girl Scout troops through Brownie, Junior and Cadette age levels. Marie's faith was important to her as she led the Lutheran Church Women's Bible Study and sang in the choir at St. Paul's for many years. Her concern for the hungry led her to support Bread for the World and provide meals through a program known as Friends Feeding Friends. In addition she and Howard delivered Meals on Wheels for many years. Marie was an accomplished seamstress, making beautiful dresses for her daughters and tailored suits for her husband. In 1981 she made her first quilt and discovered a passion that led her to join Candelaria Quilters and make numerous quilts for her family and friends. Marie also quilted with the St. Paul Quilters and made many, many quilts for Project Linus, a national organization that provides handmade quilts to children who experience tragedy in their lives. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 3 p.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 1100 Indian School Road NE in Albuquerque. EKERN, MARY Born in Belen, NM on January 29, 1920 and passed into the loving arms of God our Father Sunday, October 26, 2014. Mary is survived by her husband, Bryce M. Ekern; her daughter, Pauline L. Chenette and husband Frank; grandson, Mark Chenette and wife Holly; granddaughter, Merilee Nelson and husband Neal; great grandson, Neil Altomare and wife Perri; great granddaughters, McKenna and Isabella Chenette; brother, Eloy Romero; sisters, Loren Salas and Chris Radosevich; sister-in-law, Geneva Ekern and family, many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her son, Robert Leslie Dubois; sisters, Balconida Tafoya and Tomasita Trujillo. She was a member of the Church of the Risen Savior for many years. Mary's greatest love was her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren and visiting with her sisters Loren and Chris. MISCHKE, J. QUENTIN J. Quentin Mischke, 83, a resident of Albuquerque since 1958, rejoined our Heavenly Father on Saturday, October 18, 2014. He is survived by children, Mary M. McCann and husband Curtis McCann, and Stephen J. Mischke and wife Angela M. Mischke; his brother Herbert F. Mischke and wife Betty from St. Paul, MN; Patricia Mares-Mischke; grandchildren, Christopher McCann and wife Lindsay, Jessica Nelson and husband Myles, Sophia Mischke, Stephen Mischke, David Sanderson, and Anna Summers; five great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and family members of Cristo Rey Community. Mr. Mischke was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Helen Mischke, special friend, Aurora Apodaca, and Father Eugene Ballweber. He devoted his entire life to serving God and family. He was a member of the Cristo Rey Community, worked at Sunwest Bank over thirty years and served as an officer in the United States Air Force. He enjoyed worshipping with his community, playing the ukulele, and golf. A Rosary was recited on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at FRENCH - University. Mass was celebrated on Thursday, October 23, 2014 at St. Edwin Catholic Church, 2105 Barcelona Rd. SW. Interment followed at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
