Pratt -- Joe L. Pratt, 78, a resident of Albuquerque for 25 years, died Thursday, December 13, 2001. He is survived by his daughter, Sharon Mantor and husband, David of Tucson, AZ; sister, Ruby Hagler-Alden of Albuquerque; brothers, Billy Jim Pratt and wife, Anita of Oklahoma City, OK and Melvin Pratt of Amarillo, TX; many nieces and nephews; and friend, Evelyn Frazier of Albuquerque. He was preceded in death by his wife, Billie Jo Pratt in 1978. Cremation has taken place and Memorial Services will be held Saturday, 3:00 p.m., at St. Andrew Presbyterian Church, 5301 Ponderosa NE, with Rev. Dr. Frank Yates officiating.
