Joe L. Pratt, 78, a resident of Albuquerque for 25 years, died Thursday, December 13, 2001. He is survived by his daughter, Sharon Mantor and husband, David of Tucson, AZ; sister, Ruby Hagler-Alden of Albuquerque; brothers, Billy Jim Pratt and wife, Anita of Oklahoma City, OK and Melvin Pratt of Amarillo, TX; many nieces and nephews; and friend, Evelyn Frazier of Albuquerque. He was preceded in death by his wife, Billie Jo Pratt in 1978. Cremation has taken place and Memorial Services will be held Saturday, 3:00 p.m., at St. Andrew Presbyterian Church, 5301 Ponderosa NE, with Rev. Dr. Frank Yates officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Casa Esperanza, 1005 Yale NE, 87106. French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE.
