Jan is survived by her husband, Ronald E. Phillips; her son, Steve Smith and wife, Linda, and children, Sean, Hillary and Zach of Fairview, MN; her daughter, Laura Brannen and husband, Scott, and children, Donovan and Chelsea of Albuquerque; her son, Gregg Smith of Albuquerque; her step-daughter, Rhonda Garland and husband, John, and children, John and Abbie Lee of Pennsylvania; her step-son, Russell Phillips of Albuquerque; her step-daughter, Teresa Curl and twin boys, Isaac and Elijah of Rio Rancho; her brother, Melvin Johnsonbaugh and his wife, and family of Albuquerque North Valley; her sister, Gloria Ann Beegie and husband, Art, and family in Maryland; her brother, Dick Johnsonbaugh of Placitas and his family; and her many friends coast to coast.
