Archibeque -- Joe Archibeque a resident of Albuquerque, passed away May 28, 1999 suddenly in a local hospital. He is survived by four sons, Arturo Archibeque and wife, Barbara, Marvin Archibeque and wife, Stella, Orlando Archibeque, and Robert Archibeque; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; two brothers, Conrad Archibeque, and Alex Archibeque and wife, Carmen; two sisters, Lucy Vigil and husband, Eulogio, Irene Montoya and husband, John. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Placida Archibeque. Mr. Archibeque was an Auditor for the State Bureau of Revenue. He spoke Navajo and the Pueblo languages and was self-taught. A Rosary will be recited Monday, May 31, 1999 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Therese Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday June 1, 1999, at 10:00 a.m. also at the church. Interment to follow at the Vista Verde Memorial Park. Boxberger -- Elsie Viola Boxberger, May 28, 1924-May 28, 1999. Elsie has gone to the loving arms of our Lord, exactly 75 years after her birth to Sam & Molly Wagner of Otis, Kansas. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Ann Burns and partner, Robert; son, Kurtis R. Boxberger and partner, Rebecca Hall; grandsons, Greg Chavez and wife, Rachel and Michael Chavez; granddaughter, Shannon Burns Lee and husband, Jeffrey; great grandchildren, Gregory Steven Chavez and Taylor Riley Chavez, Katherine (Chavez) Eichman, and special granddaughters, Allison, Alisha, and Aliana Hall; brothers, Raymond Wagner and wife, Viola, Paul Wagner and wife, Mary, Harold Wagner and wife, Norma, and Norman Wagner and wife, Lois; sister, Arlene Maier; and her constant companions, Misty and Scotty. She was preceded in death by her husband, Emil Boxberger, 1983; and son, Richard Lynn Boxberger, 1949. She fought a valiant battle to regain use of her body and speech following an automobile accident in November 1998, but was unable to overcome the damage caused by cancer. Elsie was loved by her many friends at Digital Equipment Corporation where she worked for 18 years. She leaves a large family who will miss her terribly, her smile, laughter, hugs and understanding and unlimited love. All who knew her will remember her being the most happy at cooking and serving the wonderful foods we all enjoyed so much. She also enjoyed good time with neighbors and friends. Cashion -- Oran Bryant Cashion, 88, an Albuquerque resident since 1955 and of New Mexico since 1933, died Tuesday, May 25, 1999. Mr. Cashion is survived by his wife of 63 years, Ruby E. Cashion of Albuquerque; sons, Michael B. Cashion of Tijeras, NM and Patrick T. Cashion of Albuquerque. He was a 50 year member of the Carrizozo, NM Masonic Lodge and a member of the Order of Eastern Star in Ruidoso, NM. Mr. Cashion was retired from the US Department of Energy with 37 years service. Cremation has taken place and a reception will be held on Sunday, May 30, 1999 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd., NE. Erwin -- Lillian Marie Erwin, 79, passed away May 25, 1999. She was preceded in death by her husband, Phil Erwin. Gray -- Lorene Gray, 94, of Magdalena, New Mexico, died Friday, May 28, 1999. She is survived by her daughters, Mona Dennison of Bellville, TX, and Joe Anne Mack and Husband, Bill of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Ocie Irle Dennison and wife, Judy of Bellville, TX, Janet Dennison of Dallas, TX, Marty Mack and Kellie Mack both of Albuquerque; great-grandsons, Shane Hamilton of Dallas, TX, and Douglas Dennison of Bellville, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Gray; a son, Ocie Gray; granddaughter, Linda Dennison; and a great-grandson, Shawn Hamilton. Hart -- Edward James Hart, a lifelong resident of New Mexico, passed from this earth on Monday, May 24, 1999. A dedicated father and husband, he is survived by his wife, Jean; sons, Rodney, Roger, and Robert; daughter-in-law, Allyson; and granddaughters, Ashley and Alyssa; we well as brother, John; sister-in-law, Ann; and nephews, Charles, Lee, and John. Ed was born in Albuquerque on October 17, 1929, at St. Joseph Hospital, and raised in Albuquerque, Carthage, and Gallup, NM. He attended Albuquerque High School, the University of New Mexico, and served in the New Mexico Air National Guard. Retired after 38 years with Sandia National Laboratories as a Senior Technologist, Ed developed several inventions, received a patent, and won several awards, including one from the Department of Energy for his work on the design of various weapons systems. Having met his wife in Albuquerque, they would have shared their 48th wedding anniversary on May 26th. Ed was a gentle, kind, and loving person who left an indelible impression on all whom he touched. He will be greatly missed. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 1st in the chapel located at Central United Methodist Church, 1615 Copper Ave, NE, Albuquerque, NM. Hilton -- Lee Hilton, 78, of Los Alamos passed away suddenly May 26, 1999. Lee retired from LANL after 33 years. He was a WWII veteran as part of the Manhattan Project. He was also the head of Maintenance for the Los Alamos Ski Area for 12 years. Lee owned and operated Lee's Welding Shop until his death. Lee is survived by his wife, Margaret of 58 years; daughters, Rebecca Hedrick and husband, Ron of Albuquerque, Jane Schroer and husband, Jim of Richardson, TX; son, Kim Hilton of Spokane, WA; grandchildren, Tad, Tracy, Jeff, Jason, Charlie, Joseph, Megan; and one great-granddaughter; brothers, Bill and Max; and one sister, Lela. Inurnment will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 1, 1999 at the Santa Fe National Cemetery, with a Memorial Service following at 2:00 p.m. at Fuller Lodge in Los Alamos with Rev. Mcdonald -- Rita S., passed away May 27, 1999. She was resident of Albuquerque for almost six years, moving here from Miami, Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents, Beatrice and E. Sidney Hyman. She is survived by her loving daughter, Bess Holt and son-in-law Marshall; two sons, Kerry and Donald of Florida. Rita is also survived by her loving sister and brother, Sylvia Goldmann and Victor Hyman; nephews Hank Goldmann, Peter Goldmann and their families; niece Jeanne Schiller and three grandchildren. Rita grew up in Valley Stream, Long Island, New York and moved to Miami, FL as an adult. She worked in the Family Jewelry business all her life. She retired and moved to Albuquerque to be near her daughter. She was a wonderful, loving mother and a true friend and had a generous helping hand for all that needed it. She loved her dogs and cats and gave them a great life. She had a quick, hardy laugh and an ability to make friends with anyone. Rita was President of The Alliance of the Unitarian Church in Miami, FL for one term. She leaves many friends in Miami and Alb. She was much loved and will be forever missed by her daughter. A special thanks to the nurses at Presbyterian Hospital, Downtown SAC Unit especially Marlene Gross and Rita Saavedra who were kind and loving in their care of mom. As mom would say"Later, Thank You, that's enough"! Cremation has taken place and her remains will be placed in Alaska at a later date.

Sacoman -- Guadalupe Alfonso, (G.A.) Sacoman, age 65, of Albuquerque, died Friday, May 28, 1999. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles P. and Josephine; brothers, Joseph and Charles; and granddaughter, Dana. G.A. is survived by his wife, Patricia; son, Ernest A. Sacoman and his wife, Anne; daughters, Deanna Hedrick and husband, Stanley and Angela Jo Sacoman; brothers, Lucas and his wife, Betty, Alfred and his wife, Gloria, Robert and his wife, Norma, and William and his wife, Mary; grandchildren: Carlos, Stephen, Annalisa and Cheyanne and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Mr. Sacoman was a retired veteran and a member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church. He was a teacher for 25 years and touch the lives of many students. A Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 1, 1999 at Hillcrest Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. June 2, 1999 at St. Bernadette Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Sanchez -- Mrs. Mary Ann Sanchez died Friday in Albuquerque at the age of 61. She is survived by her husband, Abie A. Sanchez; sons, Phillip Michael Sanchez, Raymond Anthony Sanchez, Abie Dan Sanchez and David Joseph Sanchez; daughter, Jeanette M. Sanchez; brothers, Ernie Gallegos and Richard Gallegos; sisters, Velma Simpson and Linda Romero; and 15 grandchildren. Funeral Services for Mrs. Sanchez will be held on Tuesday at the St. Edwin Catholic Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Abie Joe Sanchez, Raymond Sanchez Jr., Phillip Sanchez Jr., Johnnie Sanchez, Charles Romero and Mark Romero. Honorary Pallbearers will be Daniel Sanchez and Julius Sanchez, a grandson who preceded her in death.
