Lucero -- Pat Lucero, Jr., age 95, born in New Mexico died November 30, 2002. He is survived by his wife, Kathryn Lucero of Albuquerque; a daughter, Arlene Pao-aroon of Albuquerque; and sons, Edward Lucero and wife, Karen of Gallup, Gerald Lucero and wife, Linda of Kingman, Arizona, Tony Lucero and wife, Marie, Vincent Lucero and wife, Marie all of Albuquerque; 24 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren also survive Pat. His son, Frederick Lucero, preceded him in death. Pat was a Barber for 50 years and owned the Court Barber Shop at Lomas and Old Town. Cremation will take place and a Memorial Mass will be held Thursday, December 5, 1:00 p.m. at John XXIII Catholic Community, 4831 Tramway Ridge Dr. NE, with Rev. Arkad Biczak officiating. Lynn -- Ellen Lynn, resident of Albuquerque since 1949, passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2002, at the age of 85. Her husband, Lloyd Lynn, preceded Ellen in death. She was born March 26, 1917, in Ohio. She is survived by her daughter, Norma Pierce and husband, Alan, of Albuquerque; son, Dennis of Peralta, sister, Althea Lynn of Springfield, OH, and brothers, Jack Styer of Deland, FL, and Kenneth Styer of Phoenix, AZ. Mrs. Lynn was a member of the Fellowship Christian Reform Church for more than 15 years. Visitation will be held Thursday, December 5, 2002, from 5-8pm at Fitzgerald & Son Funeral Directors, with a graveside service on Friday, December 6, 2002, at 11:00am at Sunset Memorial Park. Following will be a memorial service at Fellowship Christian Reform Church, 4800 Indian School Road. Machin -- Edwin Dale Machin, a resident of Albuquerque for 52 years, went home to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on December 2, 2002. He died of complications due to his lung disease at the hospital. Ed was born on May 30, 1928 in Columbus, OH. He met his beloved wife, Rose Marie Machin of 53 years while he was in the service, stationed in St. Louis, MO. After going to school in Chicago, IL, the couple moved to Albuquerque. Ed was employed by Sandia National Laboratories for 36 years. He worked as a member of the technical staff, a job he loved to do. During his retirement, Ed was actively involved in the New Mexico Wildlife Federation. He served as president for one year in the Albuquerque Wildlife Federation and two years with the New Mexico Wildlife Federation. Ed had a passion to preserve and protect our New Mexico Wildlife. Ed was an avid hunter and fisherman. He looked forward to the yearly trips to hunt with his son, grandson, son-in-law, and friends. Ed is survived by his wife, Rose Marie Machin of Albuquerque; his daughter, Patricia Perovich and husband, Joey Perovich; grandson, Damon Deveaux; granddaughters, Alicia Deveaux and Elena Perovich of Taos. His son, Glenn Machin and wife, Terri Machin; grandson, Jude Machin and wife, Amber of Lubbock, TX; granddaughter, Michelle Machin; grandson, Christopher Machin of Albuquerque; his daughter, Nancy Caldwell and husband, Kevin Caldwell; granddaughter, Kylee Caldwell and grandson, Casey Caldwell of Albuquerque. Ed was a loving and compassionate husband, father, and grandfather. He will be missed, but the lessons he taught his family will endure forever. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. on December 7, 2002 at French Mortuary - Westside Chapel, 9300 Golf Course Rd. NW (3 blocks N. of Paseo del Norte) with Pastor Jeff Lust, officiating. Martinez -- Toribio (Grandpa Rodie) Martinez, 73, a lifelong resident of Cuba, New Mexico, passed away on Tuesday, December 3, 2002. Toribio was born January 23, 1929 in Cuba, New Mexico. He was a kind, gentle man. He had been a cattle rancher all his life, retiring after 65 years. Toribio enjoyed hunting, was an excellent marksman, loved the outdoors. He was a"true cowboy". Toribio was a Senior Companion for seven years. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Cuba, NM. He was preceded in death by one son, Dennis Martinez in 1984. Toribio is survived by his loving wife, Ramelia of the family home; four children, Patricia Martinez of Albuquerque, Emily Montoya and husband Leroy of Cuba, NM, Anthony Martinez of Cuba, NM, and Amy Martinez of Albuquerque; two sisters, Josephita Herrera and Liva Lucero; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. The Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2002 from 5 PM to 7 PM with the Rosary being recited at 7:00 PM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Cuba, NM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, December 6, 2002 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Cuba, NM with Fr. John Boland as the celebrant. Interment will follow in the Catholic Cemetery in Cuba, NM. Pallbearers will be Aparcio Herrera, Bernie Martinez, Tom Raymond, Pancho Chavez, Waldo Gutierrez, and Thomas Lujan. Miller -- Gary Owen, died November 29, 2002. He was born November 10, 1972 and raised in Albuquerque, NM. He graduated from Eldorado High School in 1993. He is survived by his parents, Gary and Sylvette Miller of Rio Rancho. He is also survived by two brothers, William Brian Miller and Clyde Lydell Miller, both of Albuquerque; and one niece, Brieann Miller, also of Albuquerque. He is also survived by two aunts, Jacqueline Winter of Florida and Michelle Daniel from Georgia. Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 4, from 10:00 a.m. till 12:00 p.m. at Sandia Funeral Care. Noble -- Ferne D. Noble entered peacefully into rest at Washington Hospital in Fremont on November 6, 2002. A devoted homemaker and mother, she was born in Binghamton, NY, on September 18, 1913. She was a resident of Albuquerque for 48 years prior to moving to Hayward in 1999 to live with her son and daughter-in-law. She was a member of St. James Episcopal Church in Fremont and the Cathedral of St. John in Albuquerque and the Daughters of the Nile. Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Glenn B. Noble, in 1997, she is survived by her son, David, J. Byron of Hayward; daughter, Sally Gervin of Tennessee; stepdaughter, Donna Lee of Pennsylvania; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many extended family and friends. She will be deeply missed. There will be a Memorial Service for Mrs. Noble on Friday at 2:00 p.m. at the Cathedral of St. John, 318 Silver Ave. SW, Albuquerque. O'brien -- Amy O¯Brien, 35, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died Wednesday, November 27, 2002. O'rourke -- Terrence Robert O'Rourke, 52, passed away at the VA Hospital on Saturday, November 30, 2002, surrounded by his loving family members. Terry was born in Albuquerque, and he served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He worked as a plumber/pipe fitter, and was a member of Union Local #412. Terry was preceded in death by his father Jim O'Rourke and is survived by his mother, Eustelle O'Rourke; siblings Rose Ann Alexander and husband, David, Vincent O¯Rourke, Eileen Belmares and husband, Joe, Sheila Walker, Kevin O'Rourke and wife, Ann, Joe O'Rourke and Angie, Mary Kay O'Rourke, Theresa Hill and Tom, Dennis O¯Rourke, Patrick O¯Rourke, Rita Pecos and husband Joe; 19 nieces and nephews; two grand-nephews; numerous other family and friends who loved and will miss him. Memorial services will be held at Queen of Heaven Parish, 5311 Phoenix Ave. NE. (San Mateo and Menaul). A Memorial Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 4, 2002. Robison -- Edwin H. Robison, O.D., Major, USAR, Ret., 82, a resident of Albuquerque since 1958, died Wednesday, November 27, 2002. He is survived by his son, Edwin H. Robison, III, O.D. and wife, Suzanne; daughter, Mollianne Robison, all of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Stephanie D. Robison, Katherine G. Sanchez and Cassandra E. Sanchez; brothers Dr. Rodger F. Robison and wife, Tiiu, of Bloomington, IN and Page Eppele of IA; sisters, Margaret Younger of San Marcos, TX and Bunny Eliz Swanson, of Gainsville, FL; and nephew Rex Randell Robison and wife, Helen, of Berkeley, CA. Edwin was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Mary K. Robison on Monday, November 18, 2002."Doc" Robison was born in Chicago, January 1, 1920. He graduated from Frankfort High School in 1938. He practiced optometry in Frankfort from 1948 to 1957. He grew up in both the Midwest and Florida. He was a Pearl Harbor survivor. Edwin was a longtime resident of NM who practiced optometry for 54 years and was a member of the American Optometric Association and New Mexico Optometric Association. He enjoyed archeology in the southwest and toured much of the West and Mexico on a Harley Davidson with his wife. Graveside services will be held Friday, December 6, 2002, 3:00 p.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery, Santa Fe, NM. Seashore -- Paul Seashore, 65, a resident of Albuquerque for 10 years, died Tuesday, November 26, 2002.¯ He is survived by his nieces and nephews, Ellen Murach of Manassas, VA, Kathryn Schmitt of Oak Hill, VA and Carl Seashore of Wilmington, NC.¯ Paul was preceded in death by his father, Junius Otto Seashore (1903-1966); mother, Ruth (Vemelle) Iain Seashore (1905-1967); brother, Theodore Iain Seashore (1934-1976); and twin sister, Carolyn Ruth Seashore.¯ Paul graduated from the University of Houston Central Campus with a Bachelor of Science Degree on June 2, 1962.
