DUFFT -- Barbara Jane Dufft, 72, a resident of Rio Rancho since 1976 passed away on Sunday, February 27, 2005. Barbara was born December 2, 1932 the daughter of Jacob Shuster and Dorothy Ellen Travis Fichter in Newton, New Jersey. She was raised on a small farm during the depression and the family rented out rooms to make ends meet. Barbara loved all animals, especially horses, so when she was twelve, her parents bought her a horse. Barbara graduated from Berkeley Secretarial School and worked for Picatinny Arsenal for nearly 15 years. She traveled extensively in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe. A blind date introduced her to James H. Dufft who worked for the IRS. They were married in August of 1968 and moved to Morristown, New Jersey. Their daughter Dorellen was born in 1970 and they moved to Denville, NJ shortly thereafter. Tired of the New Jersey rat race they moved to Rio Rancho in 1976. Barbara went back to college, at the College of Santa Fe and graduated with a BA in 1992. She was a Charter member of the Rio Rancho United Methodist Church; member of the Daughters of the American Revolution; Eastern Star, Turquoise Chapter; Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary; and the Daughters of the Nile. Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, James H. Dufft, Jr. in 1998. She is survived by one daughter, Dorellen Moryosef and husband Shimon of Albuquerque; grandson, Albert Travis Moryosef; granddaughter, Jamie Moryosef; other survivors include nephews and cousins in the New Jersey area. Visitation for Barbara will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2005 from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 PM with the Service at 2:00 PM at the Rio Rancho United Methodist Church, 1652 Abrazo Rd. NE, Rio Rancho with the Rev. Gregg W. Armstrong officiating. Entombment will follow in the Floral Garden Mausoleum in Vista Verde Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, it has been suggested that contributions be made in Barbara's name to the Rio Rancho, United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 15070, Rio Rancho, NM 87174-5070. GILLETTE -- Larry Dale Gillette, a longtime resident of Bosque Farms who recently moved to Aurora, CO to be near his daughters, died February 23, 2005 of lung cancer. He was born September 30, 1939 at Grandview, IA at the home of his grandparents, Edith and Elmer Young. Parents are the late L. John Gillette and Ruth Gillette. Larry graduated from Wapello High School in 1957. He then attended Central Technical Engineering School in Kansas City, MO and graduated in 1959. He was employed by Sandia National Laboratories of Albuquerque, NM for 33 years. Larry is the beloved father of LaRae Gabol (Rodney) and Susan Gillette, both of Aurora, CO, and the grandfather of Gage Gabol. He is also survived by his mother of West Burlington, IA; brothers, L. John Gillette Jr. and David Gillette (Sharon) of Muscatine, IA; sisters; Kay Pfeifer (Dan) of Burlington, IA, Phyllis Beik (Dan) of Morning Sun, IA, and Barbara Dieterich of Burlington, IA. Services will be held at the Lunning Chapel in Burlington, IA on March 5, 2005 at 10:00 am., and burial will be at Grandview Cemetery, Grandview IA. HERNANDEZ -- Gloria In Loving Memory of Gloria Hernandez June 24, 1940-February 28, 2005 Gloria Hernandez, 64, passed away on Monday, February 28, 2005. Mrs. Hernandez was a long time resident of Albuquerque's westside. She is survived by her six loving children and 11 grandchildren. Gloria touched many lives with her beautiful smile and caring demeanor. She was a wonderful "mother and father". Visitation and prayer services will be held on Thursday, March 3, 2005 at 4:00 p.m. at the French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming NE. Mass will be held on Friday, March 4, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at The Church of the Risen Savior, 7701 Wyoming NE, by Father Richard Olona. Burial to follow at Gate of Heaven, Wyoming and Paseo del Norte.

LITTELL -- Edward "Austin" Littell, 67, a longtime resident of Albuquerque, passed away on Sunday, February 27, 2005, after a lengthy illness. He is survived by his beloved wife, Trish Littell; son, Ed and wife, Kristi and grandchildren, Jessica and Ryan; son, Mike and wife, Laurie; son, Bart and wife, Dawn and grandchildren, Kelsey, Katie, Connor and Sierra; son, Lance and friend, Fab; brother, Phil and niece, Lianne; sister, Jo and husband, Henry and nephew, Henry Jr. and niece, Lynne; mother-in-law, Eleanor Hammock; brother and sister-in-law, Gloria and Jesse Sands and niece, Jesica; brother and sister-in-law, Sally and Fred Garcia and nieces, Vanessa, Samantha and nephew, Dylan. Mr. Littell was preceded in death by his parents, Rufus and Willie Littell. Austin was born on February 19, 1938, in Memphis, TN. He grew up near Hughes, AR, where he graduated from high school. He attended the University of Arkansas. He pursued many interests including construction, sports, song writing and singing. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He will be remembered by his family and numerous friends for his kindness, generosity, humor, passion for life and family, his love of animals, his strong work and professional ethic, and his many talents. He retained this sense of spirit throughout his illness. Services will be held Thursday, March 3, 2005, 11:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, with Rev. Clyde Stanfield officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. The family is grateful for the love, support, and prayers given by so many. We are especially appreciative of the care given by Dr. Richard Giudice of the NM Oncology Cancer Center and the medical professionals at MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX. MARTINEZ -- Mary B. (Berli) Martinez, age 67, a life-long resident of Albuquerque, passed away on Monday, February 28, 2005. She was preceded in death by her father, Alfredo Martinez. Mary is survived by her mother, Lola and two sisters, Martha Martinez and husband, John L., of Albuquerque, Rosalie Nicholls and husband, David of Austin, TX; two brothers, Pat Martinez and wife, Mehry of Easton, PA, Frank Martinez of Albuquerque. Also surviving are nephews, Michael and Carl Martinez of New York City; nieces, Lisa Martinez, Rome, Italy, Nina Adang, husband, David and children, Max and Shirin of Tucson, AZ; Annelle Bourguet, husband, Sonny and sons, Troy and Kyle; Dina Holcomb, husband, Kenny and children, Aidan, Alayna, and Monica Martinez of Albuquerque. She is also survived by best friends, Marci Tafoya, Deena Noonon, Kay Mallory, and Lila Escobedo, as well as many other dear friends. Mary was a very caring and generous person who will be truly missed. She was retired from the NM Health and Environment Department and was an active member and Past President of the American Legion Auxiliary, Unit 99. MOYERS -- Roger Dennis Moyers, 50, of Moriarty, NM, passed away on Monday, February 28, 2005 in Moriarty, NM. He was born on February 19, 1955 in East St. Louis, IL to Robert Edgar and Dollie Madine (Allen) Moyers. Roger married Susan Joan Halliburton on May 31, 1975 in Mayer, AZ. He worked as an aircraft engine mechanic. Roger was an Air Force veteran. Roger is survived by his wife, Susan; his mother Dollie and her husband Phillip Riemenschneider; sons, Roger Allen Moyers and his fiance Shantell Sickler, and Robert Charles Moyers; daughter Sarah Ann and her husband Brock Allen Goodwin; brothers, Michael Moyers, Stephen Moyers, and Dale Moyers; grandson Joshua Coby Goodwin; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Edgar Moyers. Roger will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, son and friend. Roger will lie-in-state on Wednesday, March 2, 2005 at 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Harris-Hanlon Mortuary in Moriarty, NM Funeral Services will be held at the Moriarty Civic Center on Thursday, March 3, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. in Moriarty, NM. OCHOA -- Magdelena Sue (Susie) Ochoa, 24, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on Monday, February 28, 2005. Susie is survived by her mother, Diana Florez; two sisters, Raechel M. Ochoa and Emma A. Ochoa; her nephew, Domonic C. MacKellar; her fiance, Enrique Sisneros of nine years and they were to be married this month, March 2005. Susie is also survived by her grandparents, Ruben and Emma Florez; her dog, Skitzo Bennie; three uncles, Felix Florez and wife, Cindy, Ruben Florez Jr. and wife, Margaret, Reynaldo Florez and wife, Nadine; several great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins, and friends. A visitation for Susie will be Thursday evening from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Christian Fellowship Church, 3901 Claremont Dr. NE with a Prayer Service to be held at 6:00 p.m. by Pastor Eddie Howard. A final visitation will be Friday morning from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Christian Fellowship Church with a Funeral Service to be held at 11:00 a.m. by Pastor Eddie Howard. REINIER -- Frederick Dale Reinier, 83, passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2005 in Thrall, TX. He was born May 19, 1921 to Edna Mae (Starling) and Raymond Lawrence Reinier in Monte Vista, CO and was raised in "The Valley" area of Colorado. Fred started his communications career with the CCC at the North Camp of Mesa Verde, CO, putting in communication lines. He then worked for the Mountain Bell Telephone Company. In June of 1942 he married Author Burns Wilson in El Paso, TX. Fred served in the Navy during World War II, serving with the A Company 76th Battalion Seabees. After the war he continued his career with Mountain Bell, retiring in 1979 after forty years as a recognized Mountain Bell Telephone Pioneer. After retiring, Fred moved his family to Llano, TX where he maintained his home and small ranch for over twenty years. He moved to Williamson County in 2001. Fred was active in many organizations throughout his lifetime, including the Mason's, Eastern Star, FFA and 4-H. He was a lifetime member of the NRA, and taught De Molay. He had a great love for amateur archaeology, hunting, fishing, and camping. Fred was preceded in death by his son, Arthur Dale Reinier in February of 1992 and his beloved wife of fifty-five years in 1997. He is survived by two daughters, Daune Reinier and Butch Dennis of Thrall, TX and Happi Reinier Havel and husband, David of Hutchins, TX; sister, Cecil Teem of Alamosa, CO; brother, Robert Reinier of Albuquerque, NM; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren; and numerous loving nieces and nephews. There will be a time of visitation on Saturday, March 5, 2005 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. A celebration of his life will be held at Waldrope-Hatfield-Hawthorne Chapel in Llano on March 7, 2005 at 1:00 p.m., with Daisy Birchard officiating. His ashes will be interred in Uvalde, TX at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the local Hospice, FFA, or 4-H. SISNEROS -- Bolais F. Mr. Bolais F. Sisneros, 72, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on March 1, 2005. Mr. Sisneros is the beloved husband to Mrs. Della Sisneros, married for 46 years. Mr. Sisneros is also survived by two daughters, Linda Lasater and Lorrie Sisneros; two sisters, Mary Enriquez and husband, Eddie, Trini Jojola and husband, Robert; three brothers, Raymond Sisneros and wife, Eva, Pete Sisneros and wife, Bernice, Luis Sisneros and wife, Frances; three grandchildren, Lori Diane, Christy and Jennifer; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Mr. Sisneros was a member of the Catholic Church and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, serving during the Korean Conflict. A visitation for Mr. Sisneros will be Thursday evening from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal SW with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. A final visitation will be Friday morning from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon at St. Anne Catholic Church with Mass of the Resurrection to be celebrated at twelve noon by Father Daniel Balizan. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Military Honors by the U.S. Air Force. THOMPSON -- Pauline S. Thompson died Tuesday at the age of 69. She is survived by her husband, Paul Thompson; children, Jocelyn Sice, Tyrone Sice, Sidney Sice, Fredrick Thompson, Danielle Thompson, Dwayne Thompson, all of Albuquerque, Michael Thompson and wife, Betty, of Gallup, and Paula Thompson of Phoenix, AZ; sister, Joy Spocogee of Albuquerque; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
