FUENTES -- Soledad "Sally" Fuentes was born on February 16, 1929 and went with her Heavenly Father on January 10, 2011. Soledad was preceded by death by her loving parents; all seven of her siblings; beloved daughter; son; and great-grandson. She is survived by daughter Annie Garcia; daughter Lupe Padilla and husband Charles; Son Sammy Koike and wife Marie, Son Christopher Fuentes, daughter Melissa Diaz and husband Jaime; 18 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.She was loved by so many and will leave a lasting void in soo many hearts. Goodbye Mamma, Grandma,GG,and best friend, we will all miss you dearly. Cremation interment will take place at Mt.Calvary Chapel in Mt. Calvary Cemetery 1900 Edith Blvd. NE, on Friday, January 14, 2011. Reception to follow immediately after at Moose Lodge #1517 2121 Edith Blvd. NE. MADRID -- Richard Lee Madrid Sr., 49, was born on July 18, 1961 and passed away on January 8, 2011. Richard was born in California and was a resident of Albuquerque for 37 years. He was preceded in death by his father, Guillermo Portillo Madrid; mother, Mary Louise Bustamante; son, Richard Lee Madrid Jr. He is survived by his two brothers, Guillermo Portillo Madrid Jr., and David Madrid; three sisters, Viola Ann Griffin, Bianca Salce and Mariana Madrid-Campos. He is also survived by his significant other, Gina Ramirez; three daughters, Genevieve, Margaret and Angela; one son, Andrew Martinez; three grandsons, Alex, Baby D and Chuyito; three granddaughters, Havanna, Gea and Baby Preciosa. He was loved by many other relatives and friends. Pallbears will be Richard Benavidez, David Madrid, Bernard Ramirez, Jesus Chavez, Guillermo Madrid and Manuel Barron; Honorary Pallbears are Andrew Martinez, Alex Gonzales, Fred Ramirez, Michael Madrid, Larry Madrid and William Madrid. PARKS -- Lori Anne Forehand Parks, 46, of Bloomfield, NM, passed away Sunday, January 9, 2011 in Farmington. She was born February 18, 1964 in Elk City, OK to Adrian Gerald Forehand and Nancy Kyle Bonar Forehand. Her mother's clan is Graham - Scotland. Lori holds an Associates Degree in accounting and was employed as CFO for Resource Associates in Farmington. She loved baking, working with flowers, doing crafts and equine. Lori was preceded in death by her father, Adrian Gerald Forehand; grandparents, Edward Bonar, Mary Thomson Bonar Samson, Nurni W. Forehand and Adria Sawyer Forehand. She is survived by her husband, Tom Rodney Parks; daughter, Bethany Alyssa Parks; her mother, Nancy Kyle Bonar Forehand; and brother, David Ian Forehand. Visitation for Lori will be held Thursday, January 13, 2011 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.. at Brewer, Lee & Larkin Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 14, 2011 at 1:00 p.m., at First Baptist Church in Bloomfield with Pastor Lamar Morin officiating. ZAMORA -- Josefita Zamora, 93, went home to the Lord on Wednesday, January 5, 2011. She was born on March 18, 1917 in Mangas, NM. Josefita was preceded in death by her daughter, Theresa; and son-in-law, Gillie Olguin; sons, Leandro Zamora, Jr., Paul Zamora; and two infant sons; grandson, Rudy Zamora; great-grandson, Reyes Apodaca; and sister, Sally Toledo. Josefita is survived by daughters, Emma Zamora, Stella Vargas and son-in-law, Pete Vargas of Rosemead, CA; her sister, Margaret Sedillo of Lakeside, AZ; and daughter-in-law, Bennie Zamora. She will be missed by her 11 grandchildren, their spouses; 30 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great-granchildren; nieces; nephews; several cousins, and other family and friends who loved and will miss her. Memorial Services will be held at St. Therese Catholic Church, 4th and Mildred. A Rosary will be recited on Friday, January 7, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 8, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt. ANDREWS -- Mary Alice Andrews, 86, longtime resident of Albuquerque died January 2, 2011. She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Charles Robert "Bob" Andrews; sons, Robert J. Andrews and wife Carol, Michael J. Andrews, Timothy J. Andrews and wife Dianna, Richard J. Andrews and wife Sally, Mark J. Andrews, daughters; Mari J. Andrews, Peggy G. Andrews, Joan M. Sotelo and husband David, Christine T. Bailey and husband Glenn; 18 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends. Mary Alice was preceded in death by her parents John and Edna Brandt and her son John P. Andrews and all of her siblings. Mr. and Mrs. Andrews were longtime residents of Dayton, Ohio where Mr. Andrews worked with the University of Dayton Research Institute Mrs. Andrews was an amazing and loving Mother with a great sense of humor. She was a Registered Nurse and volunteered during WWII with the United States Army, and Catholic Churches in Ohio where they were faithful members. Later in Albuquerque, she volunteered with the ABQ Blood Bank and Presbyterian Hospital. A Rosary will be recited 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at French, Lomas Chapel and Mass will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m., Thursday, January 6, 2011 at Our Lady of the Annunciation, 2532 Vermont Street NE.
