Mcgehee -- George Bradley McGehee, 89, passed away Tuesday, March 2, 1999 in Albuquerque. He was born May 8, 1909 in Hill City, KS, the son of Calvert and Ollie Bradley McGehee. Upon retirement, Mr. and Mrs. McGehee moved to Albuquerque in 1971, coming from Joliet, IL, where he was an electrical engineer with Commonwealth Edison. Survivors include Virginia W. McGehee, his beloved wife of 64 years; his daughter, Cheryl King and husband, J. Daniel King of Los Alamos; his son, Dr. James McGehee and wife, Debra McGehee of Gaithersburg, MD; and grandchildren, Julie Hay, Bradley King, Dana King, Michael McGehee, David McGehee, and Mary Catherine McGehee. Also surviving is his sister, Mrs. Grace Barr of Tinley Park, IL. At his request, no memorial services are planned. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to a charity of choice. Sunrise Society is serving the family of Mr. McGehee, (891-8200).

Pastorius -- Harry D. Pastorius was raised in Albuquerque and passed away at home in Klamath Falls, Oregon on February 25, 1999. He was 56 and the son of Harry H. Pastorius (deceased) and Louise A. Pastorius of Albuquerque. He is survived by his wife, Teresa; daughter, Yvonne; and two sisters, Barbara Pastorius of Albuquerque and Jeanne Pastorius of Lawrenceville, GA; also four nephews, Frank and Jeff McClung of Albuquerque, Randy Feathers of Sacramento, CA, and David Feathers of Dallas, TX. A memorial service was held in Klamath Falls on March 6 at the Davenport Chapel of the Good Shepard. Officiating was Rev. Ted Myers and Hospice Chaplains Peter Champion and Bob Marsali. In lieu of flowers, the family requested that donations go to Klamath Hospice, Klamath Falls, OR 97601.

Santillanes -- Anuncacion V. Santillanes, 85, passed away Friday, March 5, 1999 in Albuquerque, NM after a short illness. She was born August 15, 1913 to Ricardo and Guadalupe Vigil Vallejos in Lemitar, NM. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph in 1991, and a son, Clyde Santillanes. She is survived by her daughter, Emily Gallegos of Socorro, NM; daughter-in-law, Judy Santillanes of Socorro; grandchildren, Debbie Santillanes and husband, Kevin Myers, Lillian Santillanes, Kenneth Santillanes and wife, Terry and Steven Santillanes and wife, Jody; six great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends. She was a faithful member of San Miguel Church and will be missed by all. Rosary will be recited Monday, March 8, at 7:00 PM at San Miguel Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, March 9, at 10:00 AM at San Miguel with Father Flavio Santillanes as Celebrant. Pallbearers are, Kenneth Santillanes, Steven Santillanes, Albert Garcia, Jerry Griego and Ricky Griego. Honorary Pallbearers are, Kevin Myers and David Myers. Cremation will take place following services. Arrangements by Steadman-Hall Funeral Home, Socorro, New Mexico.

Torrez -- Mary Ann Martinez Torrez, 50, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister, was called home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, March 3, 1999. Mrs. Torrez was a resident of Albuquerque, she was born March 8, 1948 in Albuqueqrue. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jacob and Felicita Martinez. She is survived by her loving husband, Charles Torrez Sr.; her three sons, Charles Torrez Jr. and wife, Bernadette, Julian Torrez and wife, Luann, and Eric Torrez; her two daughters, Rose Chavez and husband, Rick, and Crystal Torrez; seven grandchildren, Brittany, Andre, Ricky, Patrick, Charles III, Desiree, and Matthew; seven brothers, Pete Martinez and Bertha, Benny Martinez and wife, Alice, Joe E. Martinez, John Martinez, Carlos Martinez, Gilbert Martinez and wife, Albita, Rudy Martinez and wife, Eillen; two sisters, Odelia Torrez and husband, Felix Torrez Jr., Joann Trujillo and husband, Tino; 28 nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and nephews; and one uncle, Albert Martinez, all of Albuquerque. Mary Ann was a very special lady. She loved her grandchildren very very much. She will be missed very much. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday morning, 10:00 a.m., at the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church. Interment to follow at the Mt. Carmel Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Rick Chavez Sr., Marty Martinez, David Trujillo, John Torrez"Pee Wee", Jacob Torrez and Philip Sandoval. Vigil -- Irene Vigil, 91, passed away Thursday, March 4, 1999 at Las Palomas Nursing Home in Albuquerque. She was born December 21, 1907 to Flavio and Teresa Pino Vigil in Magdalena, NM. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Flavio, Juan, Udell and Ramon Vigil; a sister, Carlina Grife; and Patricia Cordova, a niece that she raised. She is survived by her brother, Theodore Vigil and wife, Carlota of Socorro, NM; sisters, Dolores Melendres of Albuquerque and Aurora Marquez of Portland, OR; many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends. Rosary will be recited Sunday, March 7, 7:00 p.m., at San Miguel Catholic Church in Socorro. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, March 8, 10:00 a.m., at San Miguel with Father Domingo Gumpal as Celebrant. Interment will be in the San Miguel Cemetery. Pallbearers are Jude Gabaldon, Tommy Grife, Christopher Greene, Fred Melendres, Patrick Baca, David Grife y Vigil, Udell Vigil and Ricardo Gonzales. Gutierrez-Rodriguez -- Gutierrez- Mrs. Vanessa Yvette Gutierrez-Rodriguez died Wednesday in Albuquerque at the age of 17. She was preceded in death by her infant son, Marcos Estevan who died three days before. Vanessa is survived by her husband, Julian E. Rodriguez; her parents, Steve L. and Jo Ann Gutierrez; brother, Dominic Baca, all of Los Lunas; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Gene Torres; and niece, Nesa Chavez, all of Albuquerque. Funeral services for Vanessa and her infant son will be held on Saturday at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jude Duran, Aaron Duran, Daniel Armijo, David Armijo, Chris Talamante and Dale Tafoya. A prayer service will be held on Friday evening, 7:00 p.m., at the Salazar & Sons Mortuary, 400 3rd St. SW.

Shull -- David D. Shull, 76, a resident of Albuquerque since 1986, died Wednesday, March 3, 1999. He is survived by his wife, Wilma L. Shull of the family home; sons, Dave Shull and wife, Phyllis of Lake City, FL and Duane Shull and wife, Sue of Albuquerque; daughters, Sandra Mercer and husband, Bill of Albuquerque and Robynn Sower of Muleshoe, TX; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters; and two sisters-in-law. Mr. Shull was a member of the Civilian Conservation Corps and then joined the U.S. Army in 1939. He was also a member of V.F.W. Post 6216. Mr. Shull was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. Services will be held Friday, 10:00 a.m., at Fellowship Baptist Church, 414 Charleston SE, with Dr. John F. Blue and Dr. Darrell L. Kepler officiating. Interment will follow at 12:30 p.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Robbie Travis, Paul Wolfe, Wes Baldwin, Phillip Hogan, Mike Hileman and Rick Legg. Douglas -- David Howard Douglas, 87, a resident of Albuquerque died Monday, March 1, 1999. He is survived by his daughter, Lynn Chapman of TX: grandson, Douglas Geoffrey Chapman of TX; granddaughter, Heather MacAllister of NY; and great-granddaughter, Madison Bella Dodds of NY. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lorene Douglas in 1988. He enjoyed the Indian culture and collecting Indian art. Mr. Douglas was a retired Captain in the U.S. Coast Guard. David was a member of the Masonic Lodge and the NRA. Services will be held Thursday, 11:00 a.m. at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd Chapel, 7121 Wyoming Blvd, NE with Pastor Rick Donaho officiating.
