Gutierrez-Rodriguez -- Gutierrez- Mrs. Vanessa Yvette Gutierrez-Rodriguez died Wednesday in Albuquerque at the age of 17. She was preceded in death by her infant son, Marcos Estevan who died three days before. Vanessa is survived by her husband, Julian E. Rodriguez; her parents, Steve L. and Jo Ann Gutierrez; brother, Dominic Baca, all of Los Lunas; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Gene Torres; and niece, Nesa Chavez, all of Albuquerque. Funeral services for Vanessa and her infant son will be held on Saturday at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jude Duran, Aaron Duran, Daniel Armijo, David Armijo, Chris Talamante and Dale Tafoya. A prayer service will be held on Friday evening, 7:00 p.m., at the Salazar & Sons Mortuary, 400 3rd St. SW.
