Griego -- Mrs. Eloisa (Nana) Griego, born August 6, 1903, was called home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 29, 2000. Native of Alameda, lifelong member of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, where she attended daily Mass many years, belonged to the Blue Army and Padre Pio groups. Dedicated homemaker, beloved mother of eight children, grandmother of 22, great-grandmother of 26, great-great-grandmother of 15, and Godmother of ten. Mrs. Griego was preceded in death by her parents, Abel and Gertrude Lucero; husband of 68 years, Jesus Griego; infant daughters, Estellita and Cecilia; sons, Samuel and Thomas Griego; grandsons, Steven Sisneros and Bobby Griego; and great-grandson, Henry Jaramillo. She is survived by her caregivers, daughter, Sylvia Griego and granddaughter, Debbie Sisneros; son, Robert Griego and wife, Bertha; daughters, Mary Martinez and husband, Henry, and Mable Sisneros and husband, Frank; daughter-in-law, Lena Griego; grandchildren she raised, Robert Martinez and wife, Ruth, and Roseannette Bentz; grandchildren, Sandy and Edward Sisneros, Cecelia Jaramillo, Diana Montano, Joseph, Thomas, James, Gerald, Samuel, Jesse, Glen, Gerard and Michael Griego, Rosella, Christina, David, Ronald and Peter Martinez; brother, Fidel Lucero; sisters, Silveria Apodaca, Merlinda Bazan, Rose Jaramillo, Mary Lovato and Lucy Rocco; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Mrs. Griego will be held on Friday at the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, where the Mass will be celebrated at 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow at San Carlos Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Thomas, Gerald, Jesse, and Gerard Griego, and Peter and Ronald Martinez. Visitation for Mrs. Griego will be held on Thursday, from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., in the mortuary chapel. Ingram -- Orvella Jeane (Jeanie) Ingram, a resident of Albuquerque since 1957, passed away August 29, 2000. Her father, Lester L. Pugh predeceased her August 3, 1987. Also her four grandparents, Albert F. Pugh, Ada M. Pierce Pugh, Clay L. Profitt and Lida M. Carr Profitt. She is survived by her mother, Violet L. Profitt Pugh from Bartlesville, OK. Jeanie is also survived by her husband of almost 50 years, George Edwin Ingram; her daughter, Linda Jeane Walton; her grandson, David Nicholas Walton; her son, Bryan Allen Ingram; her grandsons, Kristopher Bryan Ingram and Stephen Allen Ingram, all of Albuquerque. Her daughter's husband is William A. (Buddy) Walton III and her son's wife is Bonnie Evans Ingram. Her brother, Larry L. Pugh and his wife, Sandra live in Smyer, TX. Another sister-in-law, Elizabeth Ingram Hensley lives in Dallas, TX. Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive. Jeanie was born September 22, 1932 in Bartlesville, but was raised and attended schools in Oklahoma City, OK. She also attended the University of Oklahoma with George. She married George, February 10, 1951 while he was in the Air Force. They married at a chapel on Lackland AFB and then they lived in San Antonio, TX for four years. After attending OSU in Stillwater, OK, they moved to Albuquerque, June 4, 1957. Jeanie was very creative. She loved to garden and she fired beautiful ceramics to decorate her new and most recent home at 8915 Greenarbor Rd. NE. She created the architectural plans for this home, which she and George built four years ago. She enjoyed advanced square dancing, country-western dancing, line-dancing, and round-dancing. She also traveled extensively. Her greatest enjoyment was playing card games and board games with her grandsons. Visitation for family and friends will be at St. Johns United Methodist Church, 2626 Arizona St. NE, Friday, September 1, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 7500 Paseo Del Norte NE 871113, in the Mausoleum Chapel, Saturday, September 2, at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to the Lovelace Hospice, attention Susan Lueckenhoff, MSW, at 5400 Gibson Blvd. SE, Bldg. 18, 18708, or to your favorite charity. Laswell of Ft. Worth, TX; and nephew, James R. Hutchison of Albuquerque. She was a past Matron of Sewickley Chapter 3439 Order of the Eastern Star in Sewickley, PA. and was presently Worthy Matron of San Marcial Chapter #34 Order of the Eastern Star in Albuquerque. Mrs. McCall was also an Officer in the Order of the Amaranth, White Shrine of Jerusalem and Epsilon Sigma Alpha. She was a member of Paradise Hills United Methodist Church. Services will be held Thursday, 10:00 a.m., at French Mortuary-Westside Chapel, 9300 Golf Course Rd. NW, with Pastor David Snyman officiating. Cavalier -- Matthew George Cavalier, 34, was called home by our Lord on Sunday, August 27, 2000. Matthew will be missed by his loving mother, father, caring brothers, and all of his family and friends. Matthew was preceded in death by his grandmother, Elsie Castillo Cortez, who he joins in heaven. He is survived by his mother, Flora Cavalier; father, George Cavalier; brothers, Gerald Cavalier and wife, Joyce, Thomas Cavalier and wife, Deana, all of Albuquerque; nephews, Gerald Jr., Jacob, David, Thomas Jr., Chris, Adrian and Sean. Survivors also include many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Also, Matthew's spiritual advisor and longtime friend, Pastor Tony (Porky) Apodaca. Matthew was known for his love and devotion to his family and our Lord. Services will be held at St. Anne's Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal SW, with a Rosary to be recited by James Rael at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 30, 2000. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 31, 2000. Eulogy will be given by Pastor Tony Apodaca. Burial will follow at San Pedro Cemetery. Bailey -- Lawrence G. Bailey, 72, a resident of Albuquerque since 1964, died Friday, August 25, 2000. He is survived by his son, Scott Bailey and wife, Ceinwen Rhys of Seattle, WA; daughter, Margaret Archibeque and husband, David of Albuquerque; brother, Harold J. Bailey and wife, Beatrice of Kansas City, MO; and six grandchildren. Lawrence was born in Watertown, SD and served in the US Navy during WWII. He retired as a customer service agent for TWA after more than 25 years. Lawrence was an avid fisherman and enjoyed wood working and especially his grandchildren. Services will be held Tuesday, 11:00 a.m., at French Mortuary-Westside Chapel, 9300 Golf Course Rd. NW, with Pastor Randy Walquist officiating. Felts -- Millard H. Felts, age 91, passed away on August 23, 2000 at the Sierra Health Care Center in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. A former longtime resident of Albuquerque, he retired from the AT & SF Railroad in 1958. He was born on September 2, 1908 in Macksville, Kansas, the son of George M. and the former Effie B. (Keith) Felts. Mr. Felts married Ethel E. (Beye) on September 28, 1927 in Dodge City, Kansas and she preceded him in death on March 28, 1999. A resident of Truth or Consequences since 1987, he was a member of the Hiram Masonic Lodge No. 13 AF&AM; enjoyed woodworking, jewelry making, fishing and hunting. He leaves to mourn his passing, his two sons, Howard Lee Felts of Truth or Consequences, Harold Dee Felts of Palacios, TX; five grandsons, Dr. Ricky D. Felts of Truth or Consequences, Millard Dee Felts of Silver City, James Felts of Los Lunas, David Felts of Louisiana and Steven Felts of Artesia, NM; two granddaughters, Vicki Lee Rutan of Tulsa, OK and Janet Lynn Felts of Waco, TX; nine great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and by a sister, Mary Nadean Dawson. Visitation will be held on Monday, August 28, 2000, from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., in the chapel of French Mortuary (TorC). Services will follow at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. Ann Madden officiating. Servings as pallbearers will be Dr. Rick Felts, Jim Felts, Matt Felts, Dave Rutan, Andy Rutan and Bob Wickems. Interment will be in the Vista Memory Gardens Cemetery.
