JENNE, RICHARD DALE was born on December 26, 1949 in Marengo, IL to Anna Marie Irby and Dale Jenne. He passed away on December 24, 2012. He is survived by his mother, Ana Marie Jenne; sister, Beverly Cronnelly; niece, Allyson Cronnelly; and step-mother, Alice Jenne; and numerous cousins and loyal friends. He attended and graduated from the University of New Mexico majoring in accounting. He was a member of the KA Fraternity. After graduation he went to work for Carl Londene, CPA and eventually became a partner. After several years, he ventured on his own working as a CPA in Albuquerque and Los Lunas, New Mexico. Rich loved and collected classic American cars, clocks, old guns and Civil War memorabilia. As a kid, he loved racing cars. He was passionate about animals and had several of them over the years. He was a great friend and would do anything for you. A celebration-of-life service will be held on January 5, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Riverside Funeral Home at 225 San Mateo NE, Abq, NM 87108. 505-764-9663.

JIMINEZ, ADELINA (LENA) age 86, passed away Monday, December 24, 2012. She was born on March 7, 1926 in Clayton. Lena is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Flora and Victor Silva; granddaughter, Lynette Silva; brothers, Raymond and Tony Valdez; sisters-in-law Julia, Yonn, and Helen; sisters Emma Cardenas and Sally Sanchez; brothers-in-law Nash, Reinaldo, Al, and Frank and many nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents, Antonio and Mary Valdez, her brother Nick, and sister Addie. Cremation has taken place. KAEFER, CHARLES HENRY Age 88, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Saturday, December 22, 2012. He is survived by daughter, Mary; and sons, Karl and Charles Kaefer. Charles was a member of the Navy during World War II as well as a member of several churches in Rio Rancho. Services will be held on Friday, January 4, 2013, 2:00 p.m., at FRENCH - Westside. KOENIG, CHARLES "CHUCK" M. 1949-2012 age 63, a resident of Los Lunas, NM passed away on Friday, December 28, 2012. He was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Peralta, NM. Chuck proudly served his country in the United States Air Force from 1967-1971. He was a avid Minnesota Viking fan. Chuck was always a very hard worker and a devoted husband and father. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Ella Koenig. Chuck is survived by his loving wife, Angela; son, Mark and wife, Pim of Florida; daughter, Lauren and husband, Jeff Gerth of Missouri; sons, Michael and Matthew Koenig; sister, Donna and husband, Don Waletzko; brother, Frank and wife, Donna Koenig; brother, Jim and wife, Jeanna Koenig all of Minnesota; father-in-law, Johnny and Lena Aragon; brother and sister-in-law, Antonio and Betty Aragon; special nieces, Melissa Adkins and husband, Zach, Victoria Zamora and husband, Marcos and Michelle Aragon; and special nephew, Antonio "Thon" Aragon III. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. LADUE, JIM James M. LaDue passed away December 20, 2012 following a long battle with a debilitating illness (he was 59 years old). He was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan and is survived by his loving wife Lea Beth. Jim's son and his family further survive him: Marc and wife Jinnie Welliver, and their daughter Bloom (Jim's beloved granddaughter). Jim is remembered lovingly by his extended family; his father, Dick LaDue (and his wife Flo); his mother, Gloria LaDue; his beloved sister, Cheryl Quaine; and his nieces & nephews, (Mark, Jennifer, Rick, Maria, Michael & Matthew), as well as his brother Rick LaDue. Jim leaves behind his three dogs Jib, Maddie, and Katy, as well as his two grand-puppies Atty and Finch. They keep looking for him to throw the ball. Jim grew up in Michigan & got his Bachelor's degree in chemistry from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo. He soon discovered that he preferred other avenues and worked as a bartender & beverage manager for many years before finally discovering his niche as a handyman extraordinaire. Jim was always "that guy" who could fix things and advise others on just about anything; boats, RV's, computers, electronics, gaming systems, model helicopters, movies, you name it. He told wonderful, descriptive stories and had a great sense of humor. He was always willing to sit down and listen to your jokes, stories or problems. He could remember and/or abuse the lyrics to every song ever written. He is and will continue to be sorely missed by all, including a multitude of friends & clients who became friends. A Celebration of Jim's Life will be held at French's Wyoming location at 11:00 am on January 5, 2013, followed by a reception at the family home at 3409 Tahoe St NE. LIBERATORE, THERESA (nee D'Ambrosio) passed into the arms of her savior, Jesus Christ, on January 1, 2013. She was a loving and devoted wife to her husband, John Liberatore, for over 66 years and a member of the Shrine of St. Bernadette Parish since 1986. Theresa was born on November 5, 1925 in Italy and arrived in Jersey City, NJ in 1929. She met John while living in the Bronx, NY and they were married August 18, 1946. She spent most of her career as a ward secretary/clerk for the Kingsbridge V.A. Hospital in the Bronx. Terry and John retired to live in Albuquerque in 1986 to enjoy the mountains and sunshine and Terry had the time to finally earn her first driver's license. She was a wonderful cook of all Italian foods and loved to host Sunday and holiday gatherings of family and friends where everyone raved about her eggplant parmigiana, meatballs, and numerous pasta dishes. Terry also enjoyed baking, crocheting and cross-stitching, card games and solving puzzles in her spare time. Theresa was preceded in death by her parents, Pasquale and Carmela, and her brother Joe D'Ambrosio of Tulsa, OK. She is survived by her sisters, Madeline Meaney of Casa Grande, AZ and Concetta Conti of Albuquerque; her three children, Art (Nancy) of Albuquerque, Linda DeSimone (John) of Fairfax, VA and John Jr. (Sharon) of Rio Rancho. Also, Theresa leaves behind seven grandchildren (Rachel, Risha, Jennifer, Christopher, Laura, Katie and Sarah) and three great-grandsons (Elijah, John Anthony and Sebastian) who all loved and adored her. One of her greatest feelings was the knowledge that all her grandchildren have received college degrees. A visitation for Theresa will be held on Thursday, January 3, 2013 beginning at 6:00 p.m. followed by a Rosary at 7:30 a.m. at FRENCH - Wyoming. A Funeral Mass will be held at the Shrine of St. Bernadette, 11401 Indian School RD. NE on Friday, January 4, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. Burial to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 7999 Wyoming Blvd. NE. LUCERO, LUCY 1925-2012 age 87, a resident of Adelino, NM passed away on Sunday, December 30, 2012 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Tome, Saint Vincent De Paul, Mary of Legion and Tome/Adelino Fire Department and Ladies Auxiliary for many years . She was preceded in death by her husband, Tobias Lucero; sons, Richard, Michael and Larry Lucero; daughter-in-law, Katy Lucero; 1 granddaughter, Erica Trujillo; 1 great-granddaughter, Makayla Griego; her parents, Elauterio and Luguarda Sanchez; two brothers, Nicanor and Hermenz; and two sisters, Melly and Mary. Lucy is survived by one sister, Adela Torrez; her loving children, Ray, Chris and wife, Adela, Gene, Robert and wife, Diane, Linda "Micky" and husband, Joe, Leroy and wife, Rita, Urban and wife, Maxine, Daniel and wife, Janice and Gloria and husband, Danny; and 28 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; three daughters-in-law, Juanita, Bernice and Angela Lucero; one brother-in-law, Herman Sanchez; and many loving nieces and nephews. She was loved by many family and friends. All services will be held at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Tome, which began with a viewing on Wednesday, January 2, at 5:00 p.m. with a Rosary recited at 6:00 p.m. A final visitation will be held on Thursday, January 3, at 10:00 a.m. with a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Tome Catholic Cemetery. MCCULLOUGH, MARC C. age 44 of Albuquerque, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday December 27, 2012. Marc was preceded in death by his brother Renard. Marc is survived by his wife, April and daughter Ashley who he could not say enough about. He was so proud of her. MONTGOMERY, ANDREW C. Husband and father, passed away with his family around him on Monday, December 31, 2012 in Albuquerque. Born in Santa Fe, he was the son of Andrew K. and Ruth (both deceased) and brother to Seth D. and Nicholas H. (both deceased). He attended the New Mexico Military Institute and briefly enrolled at the University of New Mexico and the University of Oregon. In 1963, he joined the Peace Corps and served his volunteer duty in La Plata, Huila, Colombia where he met and married his wife, Rosa Emilia (nee Perez). Married for 47 years, they raised their four children: Ruth (Robert Dreyer), Andrea (Michael King), Susan (Joseph Collins), and Luis (Sarah Hunter) in Chicago, Illinois before retiring to Albuquerque in 1999. Andrew earned his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. from the University of Illinois - Chicago where he also worked as a professor and researcher in quantitative sociology. Prior to his retirement, he worked for the College of Nursing at the University. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing and hunting. Andrew is survived by his wife, children, and 14 grandchildren to whom he was lovingly known as "Yoyo." A Memorial Service will be held at St. Chad's Episcopal Church, 7171 Tennyson Street, NE, Albuquerque, NM, on Friday January 4, 2013 at 2:00pm with Visitation one hour prior. MONTOYA, DONNA L. Age 63, beloved and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, passed away peacefully at her home, Sunday, December 23, 2012, while surrounded by her loving family. She was a resident of Bernalillo, NM where she and her husband owned and operated La Casita Cafe. Donna is survived by husband, John E. Montoya; her wonderful children, Eric Montoya and wife Janel, Natalie Montoya and husband Raul; four precious grandchildren, Holly, Aaron, Jesse and Rhiannon Montoya; one great-granddaughter, Satara Montoya; her sisters, Nancy Candelaria, MaryAnn Montano and husband Robert; many other relatives and friends.
