She knew she would find quiet comfort as she was saying her final good-bye. Mom serenely passed on her strength by asking us to be strong. She told us to stop and smell the flowers, for this is what she would do in Heaven. Mom, God's angels came to take you and we sensed the spirit of it all as you left us for this journey. You left us knowing how much you truly loved us. Your heart and spirit will be with us for as long as we all live. We love you and will always miss you. Special thanks to the nurses and physicians of Kaseman Presbyterian Hospital for incredibly compassionate care. Pat was a generous person that requested donations in her memory to favorite charities. A Family Memorial Service is planned at a later date at Lake Cle Elum, WA, a special place of many happy childhood memories. Hillcrest Funeral Home, 225 San Mateo NE, 265-5959
