Maestas -- Max Maestas:In memory of my beloved husband. My love, my love, my one true love. It's been two years since you've been gone, gone from my sight, but not from my mind or heart. When you left a brilliant mind stopped working, a loving heart stopped beating. You are out of my sight, but you are never far from me. Our home has so many wonderful memories of you. I see you in our children. I feel your presence when a sudden breeze comes up in the stillness of the night, in the midst of a crowd, the singing of the birds early in the morning. But most of all I have your presence in my heart. When it came time to realize that a cure was not to be, our Lord looked down upon you and said"Come with me I shall give you rest." Whenever it seems like I just can't make it through this time in my life, I whisper"Please help Dear Lord it's just too hard alone." The Lord replies,"Trust me child lean on me" and with a sigh I cry out,"My love, my love, my one true love." Your Wife Dora
