Otero -- Senaida G. Otero, age 95, died on May 12, 2001 in Albuquerque. She was born in Corrales, NM to Juan and Petrita Gutierrez and was married to Vincent A. Otero for 40 years before his death in 1983. She is survived by a daughter, Maria Delores Gutierres and husband, Reuben; two grandchildren, Ronald A. Carpenter and wife, Alexia and Michael V. Carpenter and wife, Jackie; three great-grandchildren, Jonathan A. Carpenter, Jamie Carpenter and Megan Carpenter; and five sisters, Justie Cervantes, Delores"Lola" Marez, Lucy Cordova, Molly Orona and Bessie Gutierrez. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 15, 2001 at Sandia Funeral Care, 7601 Wyoming Blvd NE followed by a Rosary recited by Gaberiela Neito at 7:00 p.m. in Chapel of Sandia. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 16, 2001 at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Church, 5415 Fortuna Road NW with Fr. Roberto Fenzl as Celebrant.
