Tabet -- Laura Beth Blain Tabet, 80, a resident of Albuquerque for 52 years, died at home peacefully on Thursday, April 5, 2001. She is survived by her daughters, Nita Tabet, Linda Tabet and Lori Tabet Breidenbach and husband, Geoffrey; and grandchild, Stephanie Nicole Breidenbach de Tabet; and; son, Peter Tabet Jr. and wife, Lyn and their children, Rebecca Lynn, Scott Michael and Brian Stewart Tabet; sisters, Juanita Seran of Albuquerque, Mary Remy of Midwest City, OK, Eula Yott and husband Don of Shawnee, OK and Gloria Knox of Moore, OK; sisters-in-law, Clara Sanchez of Albuquerque, Mary and husband, Kilo Sanchez and Lily Tabet, both from Belen. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Peter G. Tabet; and son, Peter Blain Tabet. Beth was active in the PTA and numerous activities for her children. She loved to play bridge and was active in the Catholic Church. Beth worked at Bookworld, Social Security Administration, and helped run Albuquerque Bolt and Fastener with her husband. She was a source of strength to her family even through her own illness, and she will be greatly missed by family and friends. Cremation has taken place and interment of cremains will be held Monday, 10:00 a.m., at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul NE, with Father John Plans, Celebrant. Contributions may be made to Sandia Hospice, 4775 Indian School NE, Suite 310, 87110. French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE.
