Baca -- Diego Baca, 65, a resident of Albuquerque, died Saturday, February 3, 2001. He is survived by his sister, Tonie Garcia; and brother, Jimmy Chavez, both of Albuquerque. Mr. Baca was preceded in death by his son, Leonard Baca. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus. Diego had been disabled since 1991 and suffered until his death. Our love and prayers will always be with him. Rosary will be recited Tuesday, February 6, 2001 at 7:00 p.m., at Aspen Funeral Chapel, 1935 Juan Tabo NE. Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, February 7, 2001 at 1:00 p.m., at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church, 811 Guaymas Place NE, with Father Michael Cimino, Celebrant. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements by Aspen Funeral Alternatives, 1935 Juan Tabo NE (323-9000).
