Maez -- The family of Gilbert Maez, Sr., wishes to thank all of our loving and caring family and friends for all the wonderful gestures of love with all the food, flowers, plants, fruit baskets, and all the many more acts of kindness shown to us during one of the most difficult times of our lives. Thank you to the doctors and staff of Presbyterian Hospital (4th & 5th floor) who gave such comfort and care, not only to Gilbert but to all of us while Gilbert was under you care. We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to Father Albert and Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church for the most beautiful Mass and graveside service, and to Gilbert's sister-in-law, Patsy Maez, and his niece, Maria Marez, for leading all of us in the most beautiful (uplifting) Rosary. And to Romero Funeral Home, we thank you for the compassion and caring shown to all of us.
