Vigil -- Ben L. Vigil, 64, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on December 30, 2002 peacefully at home with his loving family by his side. Mr. Vigil is the beloved husband of 44 years to Mrs. Edna Vigil. Mr. Vigil is also survived by two daughters, Velda Ortiz and husband, Leroy, Judy Santistevan and husband, Pat; two sisters, Josie and Felicitias; three brothers, Idolfo, Clodeveo and Candelario; nine grandchildren and many other extended family members. A visitation for Mr. Vigil will be Friday morning in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, 1000 Old Coors Rd SW from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 10:00 a.m. Pallbearers will be his grandchildren and his friends. Interment will follow at the Pajarito Cemetery. Gabaldon Mortuary in charge of the arrangements.
