Montoya -- Eva G. Montoya went to be with the Lord on April 3, 2003. A lifelong resident of Cuba, NM, she is preceded in death by her mother, Leonore Montoya Hoch; and son, Marvin. She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Gabriel Montoya Jr.; a very special and very close granddaughter, Denise Montoya; son, Adam Montoya Sr.; grandchildren, Daphne Montoya, Tina Dorado and husband, Steve, Adam Montoya Jr., and wife, Bernadette, Pearlita Mc Vay and husband, Dan, Pam Newkirk and husband, Michael; and ten great-grandchildren; very close family friends, Brenda Moffett, Patricia Sena, and Greta Clifton. Eva taught school in the Cuba area for over 40 years. Memorial Services will be held at Assembly of God Church at 7:00 p.m. Friday, April 4, 2003 and Funeral Services will also be held at Assembly of God Church on Saturday, April 5, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. Pallbearers will be Steve Dorado, Adam Montoya Jr., Michael Romero, Eli Montoya Jr., Anton Sena, Vernon Denelli and Andrew Baldonado; honorary bearers will be Joshua Dorado and Jacob Dorado.
