Howard -- Randall Lee Howard, age 51, died Wednesday April 2nd 2003. He is survived by his wife Phyllis Miller, sisters; Mary Elizabeth Howard and husband Dennis Key, Shelley Kay Wanner and husband Edward, Ann Marie Gutierrez and husband Ofie, step-children; Gregory Miller, Marita Stone, and Anastasia Miller, nieces; Jessica Cisko, Jasmine Porter, Trish Gutierrez, nephew, Lee Gutierrez and many close friends. Randall was preceded in death by his parents Waldon and Selma Howard and by his brother Martin Howard. Randall was an avid hunter and fisherman, collector of guns, as well as a lifetime member of the New Mexico Railrunners, a model Railroading club. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at the First Baptist Church of Tijeras, on the Corner of Hwy. 66 (333) & So. 14 (337), on Wednesday April 9th at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Mark Waite officiating. The family would like to give a special Thank you to the Doctors and staff at Presbyterian SAC Unit for the wonderful care they gave to Randall.
