Sanchez -- Carmen Chavez Sanchez, 88, a resident of Albuquerque since 1996, died Wednesday, May 21, 2003. She is survived by her two sons, Orlando Sanchez and Jake Sanchez and wife Virgina both of Albuquerque; sisters, Odelia, Helen, Ramona, and Juana; brothers, Lee, Herk, and Lorenzo; grandchildren, Phillip, Julie, Paul and Christy; and nine great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Alberto Sanchez, in 1996. Rosary will be recited Friday, May 23, 2003 at 4:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel.
