Luthey -- MAVIS JOY HAIKER LUTHEY January 27, 1926 - May 20, 2003 �The world has lost a wonderful person but Heaven has gained one great soul.� Mavis passed on peacefully in her home mid morning with her family at her bedside. We will miss you so. Mavis is survived by her daughter, Robin Newland and her husband, Jeff of Albuquerque; her daughter, Cindy Ferrara of Brooklyn, New York; her daughter, Kayle Luthey of Chicago, Illinois; her son, Tadd Luthey of Albuquerque; her grandchildren, Teal and Max Newland of New York City, New York; her sister-in-law, Betty Haiker of Albuquerque; her brothers, Dick and Dave Haiker of California, as well as her beloved Welsh Terrier �Locker". She was preceded in death by her husband, Max Luthey and her brother, Bob Haiker.
