HENRY, NADA C. "KAY" Age 87, a long-time resident of the Las Vegas, NM area, died Monday, February 16, 2015. She is survived by her children, Robert Henry, Jr. and wife, Lynette of Albuquerque, Philip Henry and wife, Mary of Denver, CO, and Carol Conkle and husband, Larry of Albuquerque; six grandchildren; 15 great- grandchildren; brother, Joe Spivey and wife, Helen of Snyder, TX; sister-in-law, Dona Spivey of Seal Beach, CA; and numerous other relatives and friends. Kay was preceded in death by her husband of sixty years, Robert J. Henry, Sr. in 2007; two brothers; and two sisters. She was born in 1927 in Spur, TX and graduated from Maxwell High School in Maxwell, NM. Kay attended New Mexico Highlands University where she received her BA in Business Administration. She married Robert in 1947 and raised their family in Las Vegas, NM. Kay loved to play golf, bridge, piano, and was an avid reader. She belonged to several organizations and clubs in Las Vegas, NM including PEO - Chapter "H" and was a long-time member of 1st Presbyterian Church in Las Vegas. Kay was always happy and enjoyed being with family and friends. She was a kind and loving person and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2015 2:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Lomas Chapel.
