WENK, JOHN O. John O. Wenk passed away on February 13, 2015 at age 83 of congestive heart failure. He was born and raised in the South Valley, owned and operated Wenk Farms with his brother until 1989 and continued the Wenk Greenhouses until his retirement in 1994. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Grace; a daughter, Becky; a son, John F., and wife, Shelly; two grandsons, Dillon and Dalton, as well as brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and many, many good friends. A Visitation and Service will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Calvary Chapel Rio Grande Valley, 19381 N. Hwy 314, Belen, NM. John's family would like to express their gratitude and thanks to the nurses and caregivers of Heritage Home Healthcare & Hospice.
