KEES, HAROLD D. Beloved father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Harold was born 11/6/38 in Albuquerque, NM. He passed away on 1/9/15 in Colorado Springs, CO, after a long illness. He is preceded by his father Harry Kees, mother Mildred Barnes Kees, and stepmother Dorothy Kees. He is survived by his ex-wife and lifelong partner Darlina Sutherland; two sisters Barbara Martinez and Helen Reeves; one brother Ricky Kees; brother-in-law A.J Martinez; stepchildren Ricky Ashcraft and wife Patricia, Terry Ashcraft and wife Janice, and Denise de la Cruz; eight grandchildren; and nine great- grandchildren. Through all the pain you never complained. We love you and will miss you dearly. Til we meet again we will hold you in our hearts. His cremation wishes will be honored, and his ashes spread at his favorite fishing spot in Jemez, NM.
