GRAY, JEAN IRIS Jean Iris Gray, 86, was called home to the Lord on 1/3/2015. She was born in Plymouth Devon England to Jim and Bea Miller who preceded her in death. She also was preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 years, Bob; brother Sid; her nephew Stevie; and aunt Doris of England. She enjoyed square dancing, traveling, and performing in theater. She was active with the Alter Guild at St. Mark's, Daughter's of the Nile Oriental Band, and was a swim instructor at the Y and Los Altos. She is survived by daughter Cindi Maxwell; granddaughter Dawn Stout; her great-grandchildren Makayla Otero, Cienna and Niko Stout of ABQ; daughter Dyan Hammerschmith of Oregon, grandson David Smith (Sarah), great-granddaughter Daizhane of California; her sister-in-law Sandy Miller (Bruce) of Colorado; and her long time dear friends Luane Williams and Marcella Sheets. In lieu of flowers Jean requested that donations be made to St. Mark's on the Mesa Episcopal Church. A memorial service will be held 1/17/2015 at 4 pm at St. Mark's, 431 Richmond Pl. NE, 87106, 262-2484.
