COLLINS, PRESTON Preston Q Collins passed away on December 28, 2014. He was born on July 12, 1957 in Las Cruces, NM. He was a lifetime member of the United Association of Plumbers and Pipefitters Local Union 412. He is survived by his wife Cindy Short; three children, Chantelle Collins and her husband Justin, Dillon Burns and Celena Jensen; his mother Norita Collins; brothers Jody, Ty and Colin Collins; and his union brothers. Services will be held at the Local 412 union hall, 510 San Pedro SE, Saturday, January 3, 2015 at 2 pm. Please send flowers to the union hall the day of services.
