CHAMBERS, CLARENCE "CLANCY" Age 84, passed away on November 27 in Cocoa, FL. Clancy was born on May 30, 1930 in Kansas City, Missouri. He graduated from the University of Kansas, where he was the drum major and a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. Clancy was a lifelong Jayhawk fan, an avid sports fanatic and a wonderful bridge player. He moved his family to Albuquerque in 1972 and enjoyed a long career in men's clothing and furniture sales before "retiring" into the restaurant business. His uncanny ability to remember people's names and his cheerful nature and wit will be missed by all who were fortunate enough to have crossed his path. He had recently moved to Florida to be closer to his daughter Janne. As requested by Clancy, no public service will be held. He will be laid to rest next to his parents, Clarence Henry Sr. and Ana Luella Chambers and his son Greg Chambers, who preceded him in death. We entrust him to the Lord as he has gone home
