PATTEN, CLARENCE C. (PAT) Born August 31, 1929 in El Reno, OK. His passing came Tuesday, November 11, 2014, at home after a long battle with Mesothelioma. He served his country during WWII in the Navy and was honorably discharged. He has been a resident of New Mexico since 1939. Married in 1952 to Veatrice McBee for 41 years until her passing in 1993. Pat was an accomplished Pilot and avid Outdoorsmen. He enjoyed life and lived it to the fullest. He shared that enthusiasm with his family, friends, and everyone he came into contact with. He always had a great story to tell and provided his family with sound advice. He will be greatly, greatly missed. He is survived by his two sons, Robert and wife, Kathy, and William and wife, Teresa; his brother and sister-in-law, Billy Bob and Rose Patten; his fiancee Joan Collins; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three nephews; one niece, and nine grand-nephews and nieces. Graveside services will be held Friday, November 14, 2014, 11:00 a.m. at Sandia Memory Gardens, 9500 San Pedro NE, Albuquerque, NM.
